Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Friendly and accomodating staff. Area is near a mall. No Wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby area.

They have a amazing and cool hotel to stay on. I like the pool although its small but not bad. The room smells good and clean

I was expecting to swim in the small swimmimg pool, but unfortunately the pool was so dirty

My gf and i, went there for a 8 day stay, the hotel itself could use a few updates. but everything you need is there. Its a 3 star hotel, but the staff makes it sooo much more, they are always friendly,smiling and very helpful, if i go back to tagaytay i vill surely book here again. big thanks too all the staff for making it so enjoyable

Great vacation overall. Beautiful view from Lake taal and the location is so convenient. The only complaint was the food. They are not serving rice. Only hotdog and bread for breakfast that I think is not worth with what I paid.

Staff are very friendly, they even cleaned my car every day which is way beyond customer service.

This hotel is expensive for the quality of services offerred...

We arrived a bit late at around 7pm so it didn't take us 3 minutes to be checked in. The room was spacious and the aircon is already running when we arrived so the room is nice and cold. What they can improve: 1. When we arrived, all the drawers are half opened. 2. Phone to call the reception 3. Hot Shower 4. The bathroom has a smell. Not sure where it's coming from. 5. Provide waste basket in the room, not just the bathroom. 6. Wifi - not a major issue though for me These are the only things that I think the hotel can improve on. Breakfast was good, staff were great (special thanks to Manuel, the security guard at night, for going above and beyond the scope of his work. He gives the guest's car a good wipe in the morning.) i love the villa where we stayed. the crew were just awesome and the breakfast place and foods were very good. just one thing with the CR, theshower area gets full whenever i take a bath maybe due to alot of used soap in the hole where water should go.

Close to Fora and Serin malls, ra few steps from rotunda. Love the quiet and homey vibe. Hotel staff were very pleasant and courteus.

The view is ok. Staff is very accomodating, but the problem is the room. Has that moth ball smell bed sheets hs holes in it.

Close to Olivarez Plaza which is handy if you are taking a bus to Tagaytay. It's only about 10min walk and it's great if you are not lugging heavy / bulky luggage.

Hotel ambiance is homey. Staff are generally courteous and helpful. The location is perfect within reasonable distance to the mall and the church.

Nice clean hotel. Somehere you can rest. But no telephone/intercom to connect to the receptionist. No wake up call

They need a bigger parking area. Towels need to be provided immediately instead of waiting for 6 hours for it.

me and my hubby had a great christmas vacation.. surely we'll come back.

We had a wonderful view, rooms were okay. Though we had to walk in the rain to get to the room. Breakfast was so-so, and they didn't have newspapers at the time. Would I go back again? Yes!
