We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach View Hotel. The hotel was clean and the room was updated and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The location of this hotel was great, only 30 yards or so to the boardwalk. As far as I could tell every room had a balcony with chairs and even though we were supposedly on the first floor, it really was the second floor. They do have an elevator which we used to take luggage to and from the room. Room was clean and their hot breakfast was good. Seating area is rather small, but seemed adequate. They even provided hot fresh baked cookies in the evening free to the guests. Since we are fairly active, we never made it back in time for this, but thought it nice. Sometimes the little things make a place. I would stay here again.

Depending what side of the building you’re on it can be loud. Wish the pool was heated and enclosed. The location is perfect. The front desk staff is top notch. It’s great they have chairs and towels for us. Wish they had cut up fruit. But overall it was great. Just a few things I wish they had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay was pretty good! I’d say I was a little nervous because I did google the place and it was under “ motel” but honestly super cute and modern looking rooms. Super close to the beach and easy access to the boardwalk activities and food shacks. My fiancé and I stayed here and would recommend to any couple who just wants to stay within the budget but still feel comfortable.

Pros: great location, clean room, decent continental breakfast; beach chairs and towels available a nice touch; cons: low water pressure in shower / bath; bathtub spout needs to be replaced; toilet needs new fill valve, toilet runs on if not flushed with force. Walls are paper thin. Can hear people next door. Staff was nice overall.

The desk clerks were friendly and accommodating. The mattress firmness suited us and there was an appropriate variety of pillows, which were very comfortable. The Hotel is close enough to the beach so we can easily carry the beach chairs down to it. The food provided at breakfast is very healthy and tasty. We plan to return to this hotel. The one negative thing I have to say is that there were some loud visitors standing near the elevator late into the night which disrupted our sleep.

I’m so glad I chose this Motel for a quick weekend getaway to Rehoboth Beach. The room was clean, cute and beautifully appointed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was more than adequate. This will be my first choice when I return to Rehoboth!

Thus was a lovely small boutique hotel steps away from the main area of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Because it was off season(first week of November) the price was excellent. Complimentary breakfast included hot entrees, good coffee and pastries and yogurt.

I don't understand why this hotel has a such a high rating. I chose it because I had a 4.7 on Google. It's pretty beat up, neglected, and not super clean. It also smells like urine. The cookies were good. Coffee is available all the time, the breakfast was ehh.
