The room is nice and clean, with a wonderful view. The sound isolation of the room is pretty bad. We did not sleep well, since the person slept next room was snoring loudly almost the entire night. We can hear it clearly, it really bothered us. We were not able to fall asleep until early morning. Sigh!

Walls between rooms are very thin. You can hear very well people in the other room.

Steps to Aqueduct while very quite at night. 30 seconds walk to underground parking, very friendly staff.

Great location but room smells very bad of cigarettes. Opened all windows to find cigarette ends and ask on outside window sills; disgusting.

Staff was very friendly. Parking outside the front door. Had some issues with the A/C the first night but was good the 2nd night. Overall a nice experience.

Great location! Everything was clean and staff very friendly. It is an older hotel so took the AC a while to get cold for us to sleep comfortably. For the location it was great for our needs to explore and travel around Segovia. Right next door to amazing restaurant- Maribel. As soon as you walk out of the hotel the Aqueduct is right there! We would definitely stay again

The property was very tired and needs improvement. No rooftop bar to view the aqueduct as advertised. Not a welcoming venue. Staff were friendly. How the parking works needs to be communicated before arrival. I did ask but got no reply

We were allocated room number 114, which was at ground level and had a view of a dustbin, It was very noisy all through the night. The parking was secure but public and at 18euros a day was very expensive even with a discount.

Excellent hotel, location, and price. The view from the balcony UNBEATABLE! If you read others reviews you will see people complaining about the hotel being outdated, I don't know what these people are expecting when visiting all this beautiful and historical places. If you are looking for a modern hotel, stay in Madrid.

The hotel was nice, it has a convenient location near the Roman Aqueduct, and near the center of the city. Although I wanted to go to the rooftop restaurant to have have a meal while having a nice view of the aqueduct, but it was closed. Overall, I had a great experience. I would stay again.

The bathroom smelled really bad- like sewer backing up in the pipes. Told the front desk. The receptionist looked rather put out and seemed like she had a lot of issues to deal with. The owners need to put effort into renovating the hotel- it's in a really good location but it is run down.

Cheap accommodation. We stayed only one night.The room was dark, very tired and needs updating. .Did not eat at the hotel therefore cannot comment.

Great location for visiting Segovia, hotel is a bit tired and dated, note the car park is not their own but a safe underground public car park about 200 m away

The hotel is beautifully situated with a dramatic view over the aqueduct right from the front door. I popped out of the cab to take a picture before my copious luggage was even unloaded. The staff is lovely and quickly helped with my only issue: my room and the corridors smelled of cigarettes even though it is a non-smoking property. But this was easily rectified: I opened my windows and the room aired quickly. And someone stopped by later to give the room a quick spray and that cleared up any possible remaining odor. The decor of my room was a bit dated but the lobby and common areas were pretty. Perhaps my room reflected the fact that I booked two days beforehand and got a bargain of a rate! In fact the hotel was sold out and it appears to be one of the nicest ones in Segovia. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom (spotless) included a bidet, a feature I quite like. The Best Part of the hotel, and Not To Be Missed, is the rooftop terrace. Come and see it for yourself as I don’t wish to reveal too much.

Perfect location just a few steps from the main attractions without having to go far into the twisting crowded old part of town. You can park in the parkade just under the hotel and tour the rest of the pedestrian area as you wish.

Great location, steps from Aqueduct. Couldn’t ask for better location. Discounted parking at city ramp (18 E per day). Center city location comes with noise so be prepared. Would definitely stay there again
