Convenient location, clean, nice Onsen,

Nice place. Rooms could use some updating. The hot baths were excellent and enjoyable (various choices of public and private). Folks running the place were kind and easy-going. We would recommend this hotel.

I thought that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also found the food to be amazing. A perfect weekend trip away from Tokyo!

hotel become old, good onsen

Firstly, it was hard to find. There were other tourrlsts looking for the same hotel as we were. The Onsen had a lot of white fibre floating in the water. Whatever it was I did not stay long enough to find out. Even though our room has air conditioning it was not working. We were told to open windows to a very noisy backyard operation that included air conditioning units from other hotels that are working.

Staff is nice, especially Front office. Dinner and breakfast both delicious. Reserved hot spring is nice. And Gero area is a very good place.

Facilities are old. No boiler equipped in room. Room rate is comparatively a bit high.
