We stayed here before our flight home and it was a great quick stay. Very clean. Better than the more expensive hotel we stay at down the street when we arrive in Guatemala. The front desk staff was very helpful calling us a taxi for the airport.

Came in late and unexpectedly due to a late connection. Chose to take an Uber rather than call for the shuttle, but the staff seemed to have been expecting me anyway. Greeted me by name and switched to English when my Spanish got muddled. Was very grateful to have a comfortable place right by the airport when I needed one in a jam. Thank you!

The room was nice but the publication was completely erroneous being that the hotel had absolutely no A/C and it was a ver hot and uncomfortable night!! Im hereby demanding a complete refund!

This property is a must when staying in Guatemala City. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They provided excellent communication in arranging transportation. The hotel is beautiful and very clean!

Really nice hotel but I booked a king size and they gave me two double beds because they were full. Why do they sell king?

The staff were amazing - they arranged a very early morning shuttle to the airport for us, as well as accommodated our request for a vegetarian meal after 9pm. The room had a balcony that opened out into the courtyard, so it was rather noisy on a Saturday night (nothing that some earplugs didn’t fix).

The hotel itself was well-maintained and pleasant, offering a clean and comfortable stay. However, I must highlight that the receptionists' service could use some improvement. During my stay, I experienced an issue with the car service they provide. The charges for these rides were exorbitantly high, nearly six times more expensive than what one would typically pay for a taxi or an Uber. Additionally, I found that the final charges exceeded the initially quoted prices, with the explanation given being fluctuations in currency rates. This left me dissatisfied and feeling like I had been taken advantage of. While the accommodation at the hotel was satisfactory, I strongly advise against using any of their car services due to the substantial overcharging. It felt like a blatant rip-off, and I would caution others to explore alternative transportation options to avoid unnecessary expenses.
