Expensive for what is was. The pool was really small with only four sunloungers! The roof top bar lacked atmosphere or views. The staff were friendly though.

We had such a pleasurable experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were accommodating and friendly. The food was good and so were the drinks. It was also a very clean hotel. We received room service multiples times and they were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kenya. They are also very central to nice restaurants, shopping and the safari.

Location is great but you have to cross a dangerous street to have access most services in the other side of the road in Westlands. Food preparation times were too long, and the gym was poorly equipped, so I had to pay for a gym outside. WiFi is weak in different parts of the hotel. The rest is all fine (though not excellent)

Comfortable hotel located near shopping. Safe area. Nice staff in restaurant and breakfast area.
Did not have hot water my first few days until i complained downstairs. After that it was fixed. Food in restaurant is limited and over priced

Clean, spacious room. Large shower area. WiFi was solid, but could use some improvement. Staff was very friendly. Nina, who is a part housekeeping, was especially nice. Great security team. Many restaurants/bars just a short ride away. I would stay here again.

The front desk never had money to exchange despite asking several times. There isn't any water for general consumption, you have to purchase any water you want to consume (also, all water is in glass, so wasteful). The breakfast is $25USD and not worth it. They did not help me with my bags to my room. The card did not work several times.
The space is nice, the cleaning staff and restaurant workers are helpful, but the front desk staff did not listen to my needs several times.

Good hotel, good value for the price if you are able to book enough in advance. Last minute prices were higher than what you’d expect from that price point. Rooftop bar is a nice touch, staff were friendly and helpful. Central as well to many fun things to do in Westlands. Would stay here again.

When I walked into the hotel, I noticed how friendly the staff was. Check-in went so smoothly, and I was up in no time.

Great clean property with all amenities. Currently, the access road is damaged and the access to the hotel is slightly difficult.

Wi fi didn’t work for me. They didn’t want to fix it. Restaurant service takes a long time. Front desk doesn’t communicate clearly the benefits. No one to help with bags from outside, no bell man. Overall service not expected from Radisson grand

The hotel is clean and aesthetically pleasing, everything else was pretty terrible. The service was horrendous every step of the way. Booked meeting rooms and had to keep following up every few days to get them to respond to my email, and wood have to start from scratch because they couldn’t remember the details. Room service took hours because they lost my order, sent out laundry to be washed and it was a debacle getting it returned. The location is good but a little sketchy with the new freeway right outside making the area iffy. So many disappointing things about this hotel, I truly am baffled at how much the staff constantly messed up absolutely everything.

1) Proper double bed, the 2 singles stuck together was not good enough
2) Extractor fan in the bathrooms needed

Good size, comfortable rooms. Friendly and responsive staff who provided me with a desk for working and a meeting area. The restaurant and room service food are good though service can be slow. The downsides are that location is a bit tricky for walking to nearby shops etc and there's only a small plunge pool.

Park Inn is placed just next to the new elevated highway. The grene area in front of the hotel has been occupied by matatus. Consequently the noise is significant. I therefore checked out several days before time, but there was no option for refund for the remaining days.

Nice hotel outside Nairobi city center. Ok for sleep and eat. Gym not to well equipped, and a small but very cool pool on the top floor.
Not suited for business in itself, but perfect if you have offices available outside the hotel. Very friendly and professional staff.

The stay was very UNCOMFORTABLE. From the very hard bed mattress, to the horrifying service at the restuarant. Will never stay here again. Our food arrived after 2hrs of placing the order, they mixed up bills and placed info on dining orders other other room to mine.

Crossing Wayaki Way has become difficult and time consuming so be sure which side your meeting are. Hotel tries to be flashy but its pretty basic compared to price.
