Located right along the Main Street with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. Lake George is across the road and you can view it from the local park nearby. It has a lovely pool. Price is very good. Only complaint is bathroom fans and plumbing are quite loud.

Very nice, clean, modern, however I enjoy having a microwave and an Iron to make things easier, also small closet with few hangers for clothes, no food or drink available. Having a freezer above fridge is great, also fantastic having a decent tv with a guide and free on demand, for shoes and movies, Upon checking in the office and lobby smelt great, got that comfortable home vibe.

Cute place, clean, good location. Took several minutes of running the water to get warm/hot water and the shower water pressure was terrible, room #22. I didn’t bother washing my hair because I don’t think there was enough water pressure to rinse the shampoo out! Other than that everything was fine.

We stayed here in mid June - nothing fancy, room was clean, bed was comfortable, location was easy walking distance to the restaurants, bars, boardwalk, shopping and activities. It was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, great location, on the negative side, poor soundproofing, entry door locks need to be changed, drapes too short so one can see in the room, noisy tub and shower, entry door not properly sealed.

The staff was very nice and our room was spotless we were very pleased. We came to Lake George to celebrate our 12 year anniversary and we definitely be back.

A nice, basic motel room with parking out front of your room. The front desk guy was super nice. Comfy beds, super clean room. Good size fridge. We only stayed one night, but it was a very good stay.

Needs serious updating, mosquitoes in the room, humid and smelly. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Hardly enough parking. No shampoo, only conditioner. Found a dog hair on my pillow. No one in the office.

The place was quaint and the owner friendly. I went to go to my room and was surprised to see my door open and a painter outside doing the edging around the doors. (Strange to give me a room that is being worked on.) First impressions: floor was pretty stain ridden, Wi-Fi is extremely intermittent, TV is extremely slow to change a channel.
I needed to get some sleep in order to get up early the next morning. No such luck. The walls are pretty thin, and I had a group next to me with only one volume setting…LOUD. After repeated pounding on the wall, I finally got them to shut up around 2:30. Needless to say, I was pretty tired the next morning.

Just needed a nice clean place to stay for one night and this was it. Very nice property and staff. We liked the king room very much. One tiny note to make is that our room #1, was right next to the utility room/garage so it was a little noisy at some times, but not during the night while we were sleeping.

Nice place to stay when in the region. Quiet and comfortable. Great staff. Will book again next season.
