Very clean

The hotel was new and modern. It was a 5 minute drive to downtown. The fitness facility was great.

Front staff was rude and inconsiderate

Clean, modern and decent gym

We weren’t there long. Room was modern and fun. Breakfast buffet was good and crawling with military people. We took advantage of the laundry facilities. Indoor pool was good but overpowering with chlorine.

The first room that they had assigned, the toilet would not fill up. They would not just assign us another room without calling someone to get permission. After an hour they finally gave us another room but not without us threatening to leave. The thermostat did not work and you had to manually adjust the AC.

We were very disappointed with this particular concept. The furnishings were few and unattractive. Basic amenities in the room were absent. It would have been okay if this were a cut rate offering, but the price was that of a comfortable, attractive hotel room. Definitely not a hotel we chose again.

Really nice and clean

Great for a night. More nights would be great also but we only needed one. Water should have been in the room or offered upon check-in. It was not and we had to ask. Also we were an hour early for check-in. Did not have to ask for early check-in. The room was ready.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean and we felt safe.

Very clean property. Great use of space in the room. Very very large luggage rack over the AC unit. Very clever. Loved it. Great breakfast options. Just stayed for one night but would definitely stay again if driving through Cheyenne.

Check in girl must be new. Had a hard time selling snacks and checking in.. $200 for a sub par hotel is getting ridiculous

Overall okay place to stay. But for the amount we paid our room, it could have been cleaned better. There was writing on the door where they made repairs and some sort of dirt on the walls by the windows. Also when we arrived the fire alarm went off. The employees seemed just as confused as guests. Then it was never communicated that we can return to our rooms. Got pretty frustrated.

Easy access to the main interstate and several restaurants.

Family friendly

There was no stay, my room was not available due to the hotel overbooking due to system issue (TRU by Hilton). They send me next door to Home2Suite and their systems would not allow them to make my reservation so I had to come to a Quality Inn which was nothing close to what I reserved.

This was a great property. Clean, comfortable and a good price. We have already booked a TRU hotel for the next leg of our cross country trip. Highly recommended!

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean and up to my expectations. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful with food recommendations and other things!!

The town itself had limited amenities and dining choices.

Quiet with exception of room above…I think you rented a room to big foot.

At check in there was no one around for a few minutes just a sign on the desk. When a man finally walked in I wasn’t sure he even worked there at first. Didn’t acknowledge me and when I asked if he could help me check in, he didn’t speak to me except to ask for my credit card. Clearly didn’t want to be at work on New Years Day. Just seemed weird. Beds were not comfortable at all. Neither were the pillows. They all Need replaced. Hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to get to work. Not great. Work out room was fine. Place was clean. Parking great. Felt Safe. Not close to food or shopping. But a short drive later we ate some great Mexican food. Would not choose to stay here again. In our 5 day trip this was the worst hotel we stayed in.

Clean. Simple. Decent breakfast. No carpet. That’s good.

As with the area, there are a lot of people that track in mud. There didn't seem to be an emphasis on cleaning up after these people for those of us who come after them. Lobby, elevators and hallways. The rooms were very clean.

When we arrived, they said they had no king bed for us. We had booked our stay with a king well in advance. The front desk was very rude about it. They finally found one and had to go check to make sure it was clean. It definitely wasn't as clean as it could have been. Still had take-out in the fridge and no trash bags in the trash. The room was very tiny. I did like the soaps and lotion they offered. The brightness of the place is fun. I just wish our stay was better for what we paid.

The room was nice until it was time to to shower......I had a super early appt and was forced to use a shower that wouldnt get hot or even warm. Not fun taking a cold shower and going out into 20° morning air temps.

The gentleman at the front desk was very personable and knowledgeable.

The room and bed were comfortable. The room was also adequately dark which we really appreciate. The breakfast was adequate, not outstanding. We did appreciate the whole wheat English muffins. The coffee was very poor -weak and bitter.
