Not so good staying it was “Clean” but not enough it has certain smell like if sheets hasn’t been changed, there was no reception so your complains can’t be answered, we have issues with our cards and power energy, but at the end they work properly, the Wifi connection was so poor that we can’t even connect, so sad about that, on the other hand the place was central, quiet and located in a beautiful town, We loved heidelberg!

No reception at appropriate times for business (only from 9 to 3pm). No luggage hold on the last day. the vending machine took 2 Euro from me. I never got the drink I paid for. Although they serve coffee at 9 am when the reception starts, there is no coffee in the room.

Another European location that requires creativity when searching for parking. Overnight - street parking. Daytime - you’d better find a convenient parkade or expect to move your car every two hours if you use street metering. This Guesthouse is very convenient to Old Town while having easier access for vehicles and public transit. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious. Helpful staff when needed.

I stayed at the GuestHouse for a week-long holiday, and was generally happy with the stay. The location was perfect, being a walkable distance from everywhere. However, the description is not as accurate as it should be. There was no in-house laundry service - the paid service was expensive, so the closest laundromat was 10-15 min walk away. Although there was a lift, you still have to climb a small, narrow flight of stairs. If you have a large/heavy suitcase or need accessible accommodation, this place might not be for you.Finally, the mattress felt too soft; almost worn as it dipped in the middle.All in all, for the price, it was a great stay.

Very friendly, helpful staff and no surprises with anything. I will stay there again when I return to Heidelberg.

Great location in close proximity to the main pedestrian street and places to have a meals. Friendly front desk personnel, nicely done rooms and good sleep quality! Great Hotel for a small group of friends travelling together. And it was a great touch of complimentary breakfast provided!

Property in a great location. Parking either on street or in lot near by. On street parking needed to be fed every 2 hrs. Parking garage was 10E per 24 hrs. Sunday’s are always free parking.Guest house was in great order everything we needed was there. Good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was not mentioned on line but was supplied with room.

Its a simple lodge/hotel settings. Very good location, close to Altstadt.Room was not the cleanest (especially for German standards) and not the most comfortable type.Breakfast starts only at 8:00Still, overall good. The fact that i could park the car the hotel provided was a huge relief!

I appreciated my room for the two nights I've spend here. The hotel is well located close to Heidelberg main street and of some parking. I had to arrive after the reception were close (8pm) and I've been told by email how to pick-up my keys with a password. It is very kind and convenient. The room was confortable. The only negative was the noise as my room was on first floor just in front of reception so that I've heard the main entrance door many times. I couldn't enjoy the breakfast due to personal timing but it looks just ok.

Our room is big with a small living room area with wardrobe and cooking area complete with cooking utensils. However, we didn't cook at the hotel. There's a few steps going up to the bed which is a double bed. Nice bathroom and the shower area may be small for Europeans but good enough for Asians like us My only complaint are the towels that are so thin. It is a 20 minute walk to the Old Town but it's a good exercise. There's a nearby department store called Galerie and a supermarket called Muller a few blocks away. We love the area of the hotel, away from the touristy area of the Old Town. And we are grateful for the free breakfast with choices of sandwiches and pastries plus coffee and juice.

We enjoyed our couple of days in the guesthouse- it is a simple uncomplicated place, Heidelberg has enough to offer that one hardly needs more than that! Breakfast ilacks some breakfast room, but it is okay. Close to the Main Street. Check out the French coffeehouse just 5 min away for a tart, or Cchocolaterie with hand crafted pralines to the coffee.

We could bring some food and coffee into our room for breakfast, and cooking was also available in the room. If there is a table even small ( not desk), we can enjoy meal in a room.

Central location near Bismarck square. We were allowed an early check into our room which was very convenient for us. Having a kettle allowed us to make a cup of tea in the evening.

We came to check in on a Saturday afternoon. But there was no one to check in with. My good friend who had arrived before us had figured out the procedure and luckily enough we got our keys and got in. The room was great. Spacious with a balcony and small kitchenette. And, it was very clean.The breakfast was fine. The workers kept the small area stocked with the sandwiches and croissants. The coffee was okay.I suppose that the lower price is reflected in the lack of a desk clerk.

Check in on a weekend required looking up a code. Glad it worked. The room was very nice, perhaps with student orientation, the workspace was excellent.
