Great location and easy access.

Can't comment on the facilities as we didnt stay there. Expected ground floor room as i have a disabled wife .Was given a room up 3 flights of stairs no lift. Car parking in the street. So we left went to s different town and paid to stay somewhere else. Can not possibly recommend. lost $200 for nothing

The location is great. Walls are poorly sound proof but it was clean and was expected.

No staff

The room didn’t feel secure, and was open to a lane way next to a late night venue. Neither of the bed lamps worked, so it was either too dark or too light. It was like sleeping in a shopfront.

Shower water runs all over bathroom. Glass screen needs to be sealed at bottom. Otherwise everything was very good

Very basic with out a reception , you enter with a pin to the outer door and room. outer areas are not that tidy. Room was clean and basic , no problems with that.

Room very small, tv broken, no batteries in remote control, skylight thru light, can’t sleep early AM. Shower water goes everywhere, no cupboard to hang clothes.

Room was very small and bed extremely firm, meant we did not have a restful stay. No flywire on windows meant we could not open these for fresh air, and the parking situation was tricky. However the location was walking distance to restaurants and attractions, and a room change was dealt with quickly when requested.

Could not open the blinds at all as there was an alley where people could see into the room. The hot water in shower took 5 mins to heat and I was there for 4 nights and no one came to clean the room. No wardrobe to put luggage in. And very noisy at night. Never will I stay here again.

Bathroom floor was dirty, tv didn’t work, no milk for a cuppa but most of all very noisy!!

1 Mug, 1 kettle, 2 instant coffee and 1 sugar sachet and 2 small soap. Enough towels and mats with a bin.. No spare pillows or blankets. 2 coat hooks on main door. BUT clean and neat. ***Lovely Main Staircase and chandelier*** No reception and phone number on website does not work. SMS from site provided enough information to gain access and find alternative CAR PARKING as its a walk in only.

I didn't expect no staff and the PIN entry which was ok but could have been clearer in the website. I didn't travel with my full toiletries as I was in a hotel and expected shampoo at a minimum. The room was clean and serviceable and what was needed for short stay in Bendigo. If I was staying longer and the size of the room permitted, a small table would have been good.

I walked into my room and i was horrified it was disgustingly dirty marks on the bed stained bedding carpets not vacumed the TV was smashed walls had something spilt on them i walked out and booked a room else where

Great location. Management are great to deal with and very flexible. Nice and very clean rooms.

Great central location but the room not serviced each day

The noise from the beer garden? outside area! Was annoying as our room was beside it.Also shower needs to be re-positioned over drain better! Got rather flooded when showering!!Otherwise, we were happy with the accommodation !Thanks

A small room with a double bed, fridge with tea and coffee facilities, a wall-mounted tv and bathroom facilities. Perfect for our needs as we had an overnight stay for a wedding. Right in the centre of town and a taxi rank outside.

The bed is broken or the mattress is so old it sags on one corner.There was only one bottom sheet straight on to the mattress, no mattress protector - I suddenly felt I was sharing with everyone else that slept in that bed!
