Location is top in walking distance to major attractions. Room was modern. Unfortunately I was given a room facing the street which was very noisy. My friends got a room facing the other side which was much better.

Really beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. I’m a sucker for china and this hotel didn’t disappoint - beautiful china cups in our rooms and in the breakfast room. Beautiful tea selection. My son loved the sweetie selection. Great soundproofing windows and blackout curtains. We had 2 junior suits, beautiful spacious rooms.

I liked the location of this property. It was walkable to old town and a twenty minute walk to the beach. However, there was no wifi in the rooms. Electricity went out on night and the hotel had no plan for such an event even though they said it's a common occurrence. They gave long candles on plates which was scary and a fire hazard. The water temperature in the shower was also problematic; it fluctuated from hot to cold on its own.

Excellent hotel with great location. Close to the museums and monuments. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Location of hotel is ideal for walking to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was very nice and answered all questions. Property is very clean too and provides room options for solo travelers as well as groups/families.

Enjoyed so much my stay at the hotel, staff is remarkable professional, immediately they made me feel at home! Junior suite overexceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this venue.

The room was nice and candy was amply provided. Twice we called the reception asking some questions about the wifi and jacuzzi, and they were not very forthcoming in their responses, unfortunately. The rooms were not the cleanest.

Charming place

Nice tidy rooms and the receptionist was nice. The breakfast had a little choice and the man at the breakfast was extremely unfriendly. Only one table was occupied and when we tried to sit at the table, the employee started to speak in a very unfriendly manner in Spanish. I told him that i can't understand him but he keept speaking to me in spanish. When one lady employee came and other guests walked in he started to speak with them in english and be nice. I guess it was the manager or so. One more bad think it has to do with the parking. On that street is impossible to hold on and you can't go to the parking house without checking in. The way to the parking is full of construction work and difficult to reach if you have more stuff with you.

Perfect location for exploring Old Town Malaga! So many shops and endless restaurants within short walk! Staff was very friendly! Room was beautiful! We would stay here again!

Great Staff

The only problem in this property was the noise from outside during the night and couldn't even get sleep due to from the room can hear very clearly outside noise like peoples screaming, shouting and talking! It's was nightmare with the 3 nights stayed, i had tried to request from the reception see whether can change to another room not facing the main rd , and they answered was unable to the other side and only can be the same side facing the rd in different floor ! And again- they don't provide HAND TOWEL and only shower towel and said they run out of the hand towels! Its takes 2 days and the 3rd night finally got the hand towel available for us !! BUT, we like the morning breakfast and the staff were very nice especially the lady staff ( forgot to check her name , but there the only lady in the cafe )! Thank you for your good service!

Centrally located….most things within walking distance….though the street on which the hotel is located is a bit underwhelming. The staff is helpful, the hotel is clean and quiet, and the rooms are ok but not exceptional. A bit small and basic

We did not like that the bathroom had no door. The personnel at breakfast was not very friendly. Otherwise the location was perfect and the breakfast buffet was good.

We stayed in for the first time. Such a beautiful hotel. We had an apartment which was wonderful. Great location. Wonderful friendly staff. Short walk to all the bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend. We will return very soon.

Great location, staff was super friendly and kind

The personal crew was always friendly and helpful for several issues. Location of the hotel is central and many option to eat or see touristic sights. In general, the negative side of the hotel is the parking situation.

Very nice apartment.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was a decent size (no hallway) but facing the street and very noisy. The water in the shower was running hot and cold at the same time. The breakfast room was fine and there was a good selection and quality of food, however it only opens at 8:00 am (problematic on a travel day). The common area was really nice with complimentary snacks and tea. But then the public bathroom on the ground floor had a foul smell. The reception staff was hit and miss but the two ladies in the breakfast room were fantastic. This hotel aspires to be a higher end hotel and while it does have potential for it some elements of the guest experience need attention. We would probably try a different hotel next time.

the receptionist was friendly and very professional. the location is great to walk around the city. the apartment was good equipped with all the essentials. - we found that the apartment wasn’t very clean. We got everyday fresh towels and products which was great but regarding the cleanliness in general it wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival: the cutlery was still dirty from the previous guests, the floor was still dirty (seemed like it was just mopped without vacuuming it), we still found lip stains on some glasses etc.
