If you looking for a budgeted hotel. This is a choice. Although it is a little bit far from station but the hotel is linked with bridge to station. There is a lift in the commercial building near by with can gain access to ground level without walking on stairs. A little bit noisy as it facing the highway

The only negative thing was the noise from the road and staff closet.

Hotel location, staff service and room condition were great. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much is the car racing noise in the area.

The hotel is very nice. The room was very clean. While it was small and not fancy it was a very convenient place to stay before heading to KIX Airport to catch an early flight.

Nice indoor onsen/ bath on the 1st floor (^^) Enjoyed the manga, while waiting for taxi. Excellent customer service and beautiful hotel. There was a cool lego bonsai on the lobby. ARIGATO!! Would like to stay there if i come to Osaka again.

The staffs are so kind. I left some coins at the auto-payment machine, and the staff kept it and gave me later.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The 3-person room was small yet spacious and is perfect for a family of 3 adults. The location is also nice - it's just a short walk from the JR station and there's a massive supermarket nearby (think Super Target or even bigger!), plus a convenience store right next door for any last-minute needs. They also have a public bath house on-site if you're interested in that. The staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. When we left, it was pouring rain and the staff, to my surprise, let us borrow an umbrella for our trip to the airport, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. A few things to note: many amenities are located on the ground floor in the lobby by the elevators instead of in the room and there's no airport shuttle. There's free coffee in the morning, but you can't make your own in the room. Also, the metro station access is above ground, so I suggest going up the stairs early to avoid all the traffic lights (no ground floor entrance at the intersection). Overall, I can easily recommend this hotel. The area is vibrant and well-connected, making it a great place for catching flights or resting after a late arrival.

Location is not good, 11 mins walking to the rinku town subway, it would be a bit challenging if at night as the road is lack of light which looks terrific . And there’s quite serious of the noise situation , motorbike and illegal car competition overnight, the sound of the motor which make me can’t sleep!!! The staff overall is not helpful , and even rude to customers .Even there’s still 15 mins till their breakfast end , the staff not allow me to get in . And really not recommand to purchase on breakfast , firstly it cut off at 9AM! And quality is poor , I suggest you walk to Lawson and even their instant miso soup is better then this hotel’s. Not recommend and definitely won’t pick this next time even it’s near the Kansai airport .

Spotless, quiet and very convenient for airport transfers in an early morning flight.

A little too far from train station

I liked that it was close to the station a 7-10 min walk. It was great for my early flight! Plus it had a bath house which was really nice the night before.

The hotel staff were very helpful and nice.

The breakfast was paid for and not used because of our early flight and the staff did not offer any options. They just absorbed the fees for breakfast.

The hotel is new and modern, there few shops near and very quiet so we could rest before our next morning early flight. The breakfast is minimal but the service is excellent. Thank you very much

This hotel was so surprising. It’s very clean, well laid out, great breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. I had a wonderful overnight stay and would stay again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I'ts close to a station to go anywhere. And the premium outlet is also just a few minutes walk.
