We only stayed 1 night and was only at the hotel for about 12 hours total. We did not use the amenities. But we di have a hand towel that was full of what appeared to be pubic hair and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. After that we felt like th whole place was dirty, even if it wasn't

Room was pretty decent. The balcony was very small and I was hoping I could smoke on it as long as I was respectful but they don’t allow it but that’s just a policy thing. The room had quite a bit of minor damages that just sorta added up to overall amount that seemed a bit high for a higher class establishment. There were electrical outlets that were burnt and looked like they had been damaged which made me not use any of them as I was worried about an electrical fire.

Very nice place. We only stayed one night, but very convenient to Ruoff Music Center. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Best hotel we've ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and well laid out. Breakfast was good and very nice pool. Only complaint was that for such a nice hotel, they did not have a hottub along with the pool :/

I would have booked the Sheraton but after reading the reviews gave this a go…I’m really glad I did. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was lovely and the gym was ideal for the few nights I was staying. Even the breakfast options were good. 10/10

Location was great. Walked to the mall and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Coffee available all the time in the lobby.

The customer service was excellent and the stay was excellent. I stayed with my family for the solar eclipse 2024. Everything was great. Only issue I had was that the sliding door to the restroom wouldn’t stay closed. Not a big deal, but a little annoying when someone is trying to change in private. They provided a little care package for the eclipse and the small details that were subtle throughout the hotel were still noticeable and greatly appreciated.

The stay was great until while we slept the fire alarm jolted us awake at 1 am!!!! We thought it a false alarm until the fire engine pulled up below sirens blaring.
We dressed and walked down 5 flights to the lobby. Where a hotel clerk said it was a faulty alarm. We waited until the firefighters departed.

Nine family members for 3 days for the solar eclipse. The hotel staff were excellent, room was comfortable, and hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Super clean, new, great service, good breakfast. Very nice area overall. My only complaint is that I wish our time would have allowed us to stay longer!

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was a nightmare and hardly anywhere to sit because a group of children were staying at the hotel with parents. Compared to other hotels that cost around the same and are major chains the breakfast options were minimal and unexciting. There should be more selection and space to eat. The manager seemed to be trying his best which I can appreciate a lot. He was standing over the serving area re stocking and helping out as much as he could. If you gave that guy and lady working the breakfast area more to deal with they would benefit a lot. They look restricted because of what the hotel gives them to work with.

Briana and Marian were very attentive to our every need. Coffee was hot and were asked if they need anything else. Team were sweet and helpful.
The man in the dining area , was rude and felt like he was security by the breakfast bar. He looked mad and didn’t say “hi” or gave us greeting . .
We would definitely come back here to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much :) room was clean, smelled nice when we entered. Staff was very friendly, ladies brought more towels immediately when we asked. Pool was nice and big just a bit cold but that didn’t bother the kiddos. Parking is great, breakfast too. Great stay. Thank you guys :)
