Very friendly welcome, room basic more than adequate for a short stay .room only had a skylight

Had a horrendous night first night due to some people shouting, arguing and banging doors all night (still at it in the morning) told reception and they did go and see them and removed them. Second night much better. Accomodation was basic but ok, microwave and kettle in room and two double beds. Bathroom was ok, shower hot and decent flow. Not much parking insight so just parked on next street.

Staff no there

Very convenient for the City. It’s basic but clean and a good price. There are many steps and no lift so not for those with mobility issues. Parking limited to two spots from what I could see although they say there is street parking. The fire alarm went off at 00.45am but I was the only person who seemed to notice. Someone was working on the alarm so it might have been a test with no warning.

Great location. Literally with a mini coop supermarket and a burger restaurant next door. Property was really nice and room was very big especially for the price . Bed was comfortable. Location is great as it is central but in a nice and quiet area. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay here again if need be.

Communal kitchen, clean room and washroom, friendly staff, value for money, easy transportation, shopping mall on ground floor, restaurant also..etc

Everything close to all i needed

We were pleased we stayed at this hotel - it was clean, quiet (we went in Feb), and the communal kitchen and dining area were very handy. It's in a pleasant residential district. The guy behind the desk was quiet but helpful. The only drawback was that what looks like a parking area around the hotel is actually for shoppers at an adjacent Co-op and we had to park on a nearby street.

Only 1 small window in the ceiling and 2 of the bathroom fixtures were broken

Rooms are great decent shower comfy beds. But in a four night stay not once did they change the towels bedding or refil the tea n coffee .

My stay started off ok until 10.30pm when i was rudley woken up by loud banging on my bedroom door.I answered and was confronted by a aggressive hotel employee telling me i had to get down to reception and pay for my stay.I webt diwn downstairs to pay and was spoken to like i am a criminal.I asked why he came and woke me at 10.30pm when he could have knocked earlier as i had not left the hotel all night he said the receptionist told him i had gone out(a blatant lie) suffice to say i was not a happy bunny.The room was leanish apart from a short black hair in one off the coffee cups.The shower was dirty with dirt on the shower head.I know one thing i will never stay here again.They only have 4 parking spots here as well.

The hotel wasn’t very clean the guy who greeted me was nice there was noise during the night which never helped and a fire alarm in morning which I wasn’t told about overall wouldn’t go back

Reasonable property with a very friendly and supportive host. Photos gave the impression that it was self-contained serviced accommodation, though the description does point out that kitchen and dining room facilities are shared with the whole block. The room itself was a little basic, direct comparable to Travelodge. The bed was the biggest failing, saggy towards the middle. Decent as a budget accommodation, and ideal for contractors/tradies working in the area and wanting cooking facilities as well as a room. Not quite a home from home, but definitely a step up from a room-only hotel.

Terrible Hotel in everything.

This room is incredibly basic to say the least... there was no soap in the dispenser, the walls were peeling in the bathroom and there were only two cups, one saucer and one spoon - no coffees or teas as shown in the photos. The fan in the bathroom stopped and started every 5 seconds. Very disappointing. I did not stay and found another hotel in close proximity. The Manager called me to offer a refund if I was going to leave. I left and still have not received anything. I do not how this hotel has received the high rating that it has. It should be a lot less.

Lovely clean room. Hotel quiet and staff were super frienndly. Kitchen and seating area is an excellent idea. Co-op next door was handy. Will stay here again and will look out for others.

Cheap and cheerful, excellent value, great for an overnight stay

Great hotel for price rooms are large but floors very dirty and room very dusty.

Room clean and comfortable but no hot water.l for showers. Kettle and two teabags provided but no milk or sugar.

Just too hot to stay at. No AC and couldn’t open the window. Checked out and went to a different hotel.

Three on site parking spaces for a 16+ room hotel is a bit worse than ‘limited parking’. Rooms are extremely basic; comfortable mattress was balanced by the bathroom door that was falling off its hinges. Overall, disappointing for the cost.

Stayed on a Saturday whilst going to a family party. Comfortable room - with hairdryer, a good shower and tea/coffee. Didn't stay for breakfast as was eating with family, but grab & go means a DIY toast/cereal fridge - the coffee machine looked great, but I didn't have a travel mug, or the time to stay to use it.

Functional clean un-serviced room. Leaky shower tray with empty complimentary shower gel dispenser Nice bed and shower In room coffee cups disgustingly unclean. Open self-service self-clean breakfast area Nice enough stay let down by a few issues above. Pricing not that different to a Premier Inn.

Mattress needs replacing please

Really great option for a family. Communal kitchen really great and made us feel like students again. Only downside is no lift. Hard work carrying luggage up two flights of stairs.

Great find. Room was super clean with a kettle and microwave. Communal kitchen with use of fridges was really useful. Felt safe as lone female guest.

I liked having the use of the kitchen and large seating area. It's right next door to a small Co-op which was handy. The only downside for me was the traffic noise from a busy road.
