Woke up with hotel room alarm during the middle of the night.
Not only once , how many times…then there was no explanation about it.
Receptionist was not nice at all when we arrived. “ maybe he doesn’t like Asian !)

Hotel is very close to a fire station. Every evening they make sure their sirens are working.
No curtains and shuuters do not block exterior lights to darken room,
Elevator is very slow.
Poor sound proofing between floors and rooms.
HVAC did not work no sloutions provided.
Front desk check-in 5 stars, check out 1 star. At 5 am with no one else present I had to insist AND wait for a reciept... i was told to sit down and wait for 5 or 10 minutes... I refused to sit down and the desk attendant finally acted anr reciept printing took 10 seconds!

So far everything was good, except that it was a little noisy since we were at the second floor and we heard all the steps from the room above us.

Though not in the most charming of neighborhoods, this hotel is surprisingly nice. Someone shows love and care in every space, from the garage to the decor in the rooms. And the staff is welcoming.

Boutique style hotel. Would stay again. Secure parking. Clean. Rooftop sitting area. Beds clean and comfortable. Tidy bathroom. Quiet sleep. No breakfast provided. Need a car from this locale to get to main tourist attractions of L A.

This is a hotel for young people. I stayed with my family and the room was very small, there are no services (breakfast or room service) . They have a patio and speakers in the parking lot, but this is a 3 star hotel at the most. The location was not very safe, nothing remarkable around. Decent distance from the studios (Universal and Warner). I will do the extra and stay in a better hotel if I had to do it again.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and the beds were not queen beds, they have to have been for sure a full size bed. So not sure why it says queen when that bed is not a queen size. I have queen beds at home so i know what size they are.

Very nice, easy parking for only $10 a day. Clean, ac was amazing. Nice bathroom/shower. Bed was actually comfortable (not hotels are actually comfy but this one was). Easy 10-15 minute Uber to Universal. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

It's a fantastic place and highly recommended for a family trip. The staff is friendly and available 24/7. Everything is super clean, and the amenities are great!

I was no happy I had to park on the street and move my car before 8am so I wouldn’t get a ticket and not know where to park if there was still no room in there parking

We stayed here after attending Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Check in and check out process was quick and simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Average hotel and does not worth 350 CAD per night. The elevator did not work for 2 of the 5 days stay.

Room was nice and very clean. Shower didn’t get hot enough and lacked water pressure. Staff member was asleep when I showed up to check in at approximately 7pm. Parking spaces are small and there aren’t enough of them. The building itself is nice but the area around is just homeless camps.

Nice hotel. Has some construction out in the parking lot so limited parking. They were nice enough to take the key and let us block cars. The heat wave was intense so anywhere in the hotel except your Pom felt like an oven. Wish the bar wouldn’t been open.

We arrived late at night and the staff working was very helpful and friendly. We had a clean room that was close to the elevator and very quiet. The hotel was clean and we received housekeeping service, which I wasn’t expecting on a two night stay.
There was limited space in the parking garage but we were fortunate to get a spot, even arriving so late.
I enjoyed my stay for proximity to Universal Studios- Uber was under $15 each way.

It's a great place to stay in North Hollywood. The only negative is the front desk, which is served by just one person and tends to get crowded. It's definitely recommended.

The facilities are not complete, there is no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers, no comb, the network is not good, it is noisy during the day, and the bed is not very comfortable. The overall experience is not good.

The hotel was incredibly clean and exceeded my expectations, I was so impressed with my room. It was so spacious, had a modern look, had a spare bed in a separate sleeping area, living room area, etc. The entire room was beautiful.

Nice decoration and clean rooms, friendly crew, limited car parking on site, the only thing is the homeless people that eventually you can hear at late night if you are on the street side.

We stayed here overnight because we were going to go to Universal Studios in the morning. The hotel room was very clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. The parking I felt was safe or the area since it was underground right in the building.

The room is very nice, clean and spacious. The restroom is very spacious and the shower as well. I would definitely stay here again. There is free juice and coffee downstairs. I was a little upset the lady at the front didn’t say anything about it after I inquired about breakfast at the hotel. It wasn’t until the next day in the evening that the gentleman in the front mentioned it to us.
