Clean, new hotel with in-room washing machine and microwave. Location is great - between two major shopping districts, Odori and Susukino. Easy to find food and convenient stores nearby. A couple downsides are the hotel is at a relatively secluded street, and the room is a bit small. Overall a great stay!

Bed and pillow are very comfortable, but the room is too small, can hardly walk after opening the luggage bag.

Walking distance to Odori Park and train station Room is a bit small with no wardrobes to store clothes; we also have to boil the kettle on the bathroom as there is no other place to do it. Microwave is placed in a very tight area near the doorway and is highly placed. Overall, a very nice location to stay in Sapporo

Nice modern hotel close to many attractions and restaurants. Very walkable. Smaller rooms, but very clean. Recommend this as a solid 4-star hotel.

Location is amazing. Airport Limousine Bus Stop is 400m away. Odori Station is 450m away. There is a Lawson right beside too

The hotel very close to Nijo Fish Market, Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade and walking distance to susukino and Sapporo area. Lots of good restaurants and departments stores. Friendly staff and very comfortable mattress. Nice experience and thanks for the staff to support us while we are staying at the hotel. Highly recommend and it's my first time to visit Sapporo. Thank you so much. .

It does what it says: provide a comfortable yet small space to rest. I could squeeze my large backpack into a corner and still walk freely around the bed - not sure how it’s possible with suitcases. Rooms are very well insulated - no noise from adjoining rooms. The washing machine is such a bonus. The included breakfast is more or less the same each day - a mix of Japanese and western that will kick start your day. The breakfast ladies were very sweet. Great location - not even 5mins walk to TV Tower and Odori Park and underground shopping passageways to Sapporo station (~20mins).
