The hotel has some great features - it is on the beach and has sunbeds there for hotel guests. The pool is fantastic – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, which made a big difference during my stay. Breakfast was also great selection of food and nice quality. Another standout feature was the shower in my room – incredibly powerful and just what you need after a day at the beach or exploring the city.
However, there were a couple of downsides to my stay. One major issue was the Wi-Fi. Despite being advertised, it is unusable. The only place I could connect was in one small corner of the hotel, which was neither practical nor comfortable. For a modern traveler, reliable internet is a must, and this was a significant letdown.
Another issue was the entertainment. While I understand many guests enjoy evening shows and music, it was so loud that it made sleeping nearly impossible. Even with AirPods in and playing a podcast, the noise was overwhelming until it finally stopped around midnight most nights. For anyone looking to get to bed earlier or simply enjoy some peace, this would be a dealbreaker. Also if you are not on all-inclusive it is very hard to get lunch, it's easier to go off-site.

No A/C temperature 27 degrees C. Room extremely hot could not sleep, had to leave balcony door open and was eaten to death by mosquitoes. Room fridge was pathetic hardly cooled anything. The was nice and good breakfast selection.

All inclusive was good, wine and beer and a cocktail of the days. Spirits available.
Food was varied and nice but after 4 days a little repetive perhaps. Air conditioning didn’t work for night but was fixed. Wifi terrible though even in reception

Hotel ok but definitely not 4 stars, huge complex, very nice location close to the beach. Rooms are clean but they need some upgrades.
Reception working very very slowly all the time is queue. During our stay only one person was working -and in the queue was aroud 20 guest. Staff nice and friendly.
Nice clean and deep swimming pool with bar but only soft drinks. You can borrow a towel but you need special card and you have to pay deposit for this card. We haven't been informed abot this during check in.
Hotel has 4 different restaurant but even if you have all inclusive you can eat only in one, the rest of them are extra charges for everything and you need to book one day before. Nobody iform us about this during check in. In that one restaurant which one is included food is tasty but not a lot of choices, sometimes cold, breakfast most sweet things, every day the same food.
If someone like animation are every evening.
If I will come back to Agadir in the future definitely I will choose another hotel.

Might have been a 4 star property/experience once but certainly isnt now. Disrepair, many things broken, service was almost non-existent...
An example: Breakfast was served from 7am... but most of the food, plates, etc wasnt even out for another 2hrs. Even the dining hall food area was dirty.
Suspected bed bugs following a VAST number of bug bites in the night over and over again.

This is as honest as can be based on my experience alone. The property is well presented in a fantastic location just off the beach. About 10-15 walk along beach to restaurants/cafes and supermarkets. Check in staff were very helpful and were able to check me in early. The room was a sea view king and the view was fantastic. The room was clean , bed comfortable , but the air conditioning was broken which may upset many but I never use a/c. The sink tap had no force and the shower weak- but nice and hot. The gardens are excellent and well kept. The pool is big and plenty of sun beds and no hogging of sun beds either which was great! But- The activity staff and music played at the pool are very very loud mid morning until lunch. It really does spoil the area. Breakfast was - ok. Eggs plentiful as were pastries and bread and fruit but that was about it unless you want a full salad- really a more continental bfast offering. Lunch and dinner was more or less the same food, edible but repetitive. Pizza, paella, pasta , salads chicken/beef dish. Lots of use of single use plastics (spoons) everyday for coffees and deserts. Single use plastic cups used at pool for all inclusive drinks - they really could do more to improve sustainability. If they spent some time with room maintenance and sustainability in food and beverage this hotel would have scored excellent.

the receptionist received me coldly and impersonally
not even a welcome!!!
At lunch I arrived around 2pm. everything is already running out without replacement!!! No waiter appeared to offer drinks!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with this resort
I suggest intensive training and perhaps cutting inefficient waiters and entertainers due to vacancy. the hotel would have gained in operating costs.

The view from the room was gorgeous and the staff was very welcoming, the location and service on the resort are excellent as well, the access to the beach is seamless and very practical since there are designated chairs for the resort clients.
The breakfast was excellent and very diverse to fit all tastes, authentic moroccan food was delicious and available, as well as western classics.
One thing to be improved is the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and quality of the material used in the room.
The washroom door was not closing well, and the hotel room door was tricky to close, probably needed some repairs.
The shower and the toilet were leaking as well, not dramatically but enough to notice.
I would recommend this establishment for a stay in Agadir, however depending on the room I would recommend to set the expectations regarding the quality of the material and cleanliness.

Check in was terrible - so slow, we waited for an extra 45 mins after the time listed on Expedia for check in which was 2pm. There was a mishap where the hotel hadn’t checked us in properly and then let another guest come into our room as their system showed the room as available and not occupied even though we were already in the room for several hours. This made us feel unsafe at first. The bathtub wouldn’t drain and the room is need of an update as it looked quite dated. However, the staff we friendly and nice and the hotel is in a great location.

We were ignored by rude and dismissive reception staff when we arrived to check in. We needed to wait until 3 p.m. to get our hotel cards and discovered the cleaning staff had still not finished cleaning our two rooms for our family when we arrived. We opened a closet door and found a horde of tiny bugs crawling around at the bottom, and had to point it to the cleaning staff. The next day our request for another room was granted after we provided photographic evidence of my husband’s bug-bitten back. It appears the hotel has a serious bug infestation problem they need to resolve.

Very clean and the breakfast was excellent and fresh.
I also liked the animation team they were very professional and entertaining.

Great location right on the beach. A nice enough hotel although nothing fancy, nice pools. Service leaves much to be desired however. Reception staff were dismissive and not very welcoming. They also moved us to a different room on the first day, and tried to put us in an unclean room, they then moved us again to a room that was different to what had been paid for. They were not very apologetic and almost dismissive and seemed annoyed at us for making a fuss! For being upset at them trying to put us in a room that hadn't even been cleaned after it's previous occupants. Very cheeky and rude

Nice property, but during my stay a lot of things were closed and not working, no indoor pool, outdoor pool freezing and not heated.
Description includes blackout drapes, but there were no blackout drapes, tvis was quite important for us, we woke up with headaches every day

Breakfast area is crowded sometimes and staff shortage or they don’t clean fast to allow others to sit , tables are not monitored as I put my plate full of food and went to grab water then I found 2 individuals taking my table and my plate is still in front of him talking and spitting while talking , the staff didn’t do anything and I had to confront them to leave the table , then they said is it private table table for you , I don’t blame them if they have no class and manners but I blame the staff for neglecting their responsibilities . Guest relation Hind is Amazing I had small upgrade because she recognized me for second time . I booked for 2 nights then 1 night then another 2 nights because I liked my room in front of the beach , but every time I book online the cashier didd et je allow enough time to receive the payment as it’s paid full , so he keep arguing that I haven’t paid and he require payment every time and I refused to give him my card again as I showed him that my card was debited in each time but they don’t get the payment right away and they are not patient when you book online while you’re there . The big picture nice hotel , nice pool , breakfast ok for 4 stars , room very clean view is amazing , but staff need more training and be concerned about the customer . Maybe little raise will be sufficient . Thank you

Es bastante difícil comunicarse si no se sabe el francés, ya que el inglés no es un idioma muy hablado por aquí. Como fuimos en temporada baja, algunas actividades del hotel no estaban disponibles y si es bastante poco amigable con el ambiente. No tienen opciones de no lavado de toallas y toallones por lo que lo cambian todos los días y a veces sin necesidad y también mucho uso del plástico de un sólo uso como las cucharas para postre y desayuno descartables, pudiendo utilizar metálicas u otras opciones no plásticas. Eso es lo único que no me gustó pero el resto es super recomendable en relación precio calidad. Gracias.

I left £110 in my makeup bag, I didn’t need to use the money so I thought that would be a safe place to put it, I checked the makeup bag on Sunday and the money was gone, I never took it out of the bag and I did not misplace it, told the reception they said they would look into it, so they found out that no one other than the same housekeeper came into our room, but since she has worked there for a few years they can’t do an investigation on her. Hotel did not help me any further. The money did not fly away, obviously the hotel would never want to put fingers on their own staff but clearly that housekeeper did take the money, you should have atleast reimbursed me from her salary. I did not make any mistake that is exactly where I put the money, no one other than the housekeeper came into my room so clearly she has taken it, no one would ever admit to it. It’s happened to me before in Holland where I left my ring on the sink and it went missing and when I got the managers involved she found it in the hoover, no one hoovers sinks, so if that happened to me in Europe it definitely happened to me in Africa regardless of how much you trust your staff, you should have taken proper action for my money going missing but you did nothing, can’t even do a proper investigation on the staff, the matter was just thrown away like it was nothing. I have just read the reviews that other people have had money stolen from this hotel too, wish I had seen this sooner.

Here's why: This is a hotel that doesn't like tourists. In fact, it's passive-aggressive about it.
It is clean, the grounds are nicely kept and the rooms are clean. It's all fine. Until you get to the details and the staff. For example, it puts in a large bathroom but without enough space to have toiletries out. It gives guests a fridge but no water or way to boil water (which is pretty standard at hotels). It has many entrance points out to the boardwalk but only keeps one at one end open.
I'll be honest – I don't really do package vacations. I stayed here because the Amadil next door was fully booked and I needed to be in Agadir for a night. Having said that, when I stay at a hotel, I expect the staff to be courteous, helpful and efficient. I do not expect them to be disorganized, harried or rigid or rude. Here it was the latter. The worst part was when I asked for an upgrade to a seafront room. Most hotels just give it to you. Instead, they charged me 12 euros. Fair enough except that I am pretty sure the desk clerk pocketed the cash I gave him for the upgrade when he took me to my room.
Also, as a woman traveling alone, I don't mind a little flirting but I get really annoyed when male hotel staff continually proposition me or touch me – basically I am paying for the privilege of being hassled in my own hotel. That was the case here.
There are better options here.

It was a big surprise when we checked in, it seems that we booked “all in Clusife”
That we could not find back in our reservation.
When we learned how is was working, 3 restaurants to book in advance 1 day for the lunch and diner and there is a large buffet restaurant, where the breakfast is in the morning.
The quality is quite good of the food, the service very friendly.
Some waiters were so kind to bring us the cafe au lait, with a smile.
Towels for the beach after a deposit, the chairs on the beach were good.
Only a short walk to the tenniscourts, where we played 5 times in the morning. We booked this hotel because we play tennis.
The courts were ok, the lines could be a bit better!,
We almost stayed the whole time in this resort.
It was pleasant , large and if you do not like the free entertainment in the evening, it was simple to ignore it.
We had rooms with a seafiew.
