Great for a conference at the Telford Internation Centre, just a few steps from the main hall yet very quiet, polite and friendly staff and a comfortable room.

Good location. The room need a bit of a makeover to refresh the Deco and colour. The breakfast was very average with a few selections of food. The bathroom didn't have air vent. After the shower the whole room was steamed up and damp. The mattress in the bed was awful. The most uncomfortable bed that I evet slept in. I felt absolutely exhausted after waking up loads of times at night due to the discomfort. The staff are friendly and nice.

The hotel is well positioned and very competitive for the cost. The breakfast was also a brilliant surprise. I thoroughly recommend.

On arrival we got given a room that was already occupied by someone else. So had to go back to Reception to switch rooms. Breakfast is free but there was not much available around 8:30 and didn’t seem very organised. However the rooms are perfect for use as a base/overnight stay.

Great hotel breakfast was great and the price was very good

On arrival, I was made to wait for about 15/20 minutes to check in. Around 03:13 in the morning the guests in the next room were having a party… I had work the next day so I contacted the front desk and complained, to no avail they didn’t even bother going up to see what was going on!

Very comfortable room apart from pillow was a little hard. I’d stay again but bring my own pillow. Bathroom spacious and good shower. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Plus there is an EV charger just didn’t have the correct cable with me!

The hotel is in a good location. Very comphy beds,clean and very tasty breakfast in the morning. The only downside was the fan/air con that couldn't be turned off and my partner had difficulty to fall asleep because of the noise of the fan.

Unfortunately i was in a room at the back of the hotel where the kitchen extraction fans are the level of noise from the fans was just enough to make it impossible for me to sleep i suffer with tinnitus and certain noises can drive me mad. Unfortunately the extraction fan just hit the right note to drive me to sleep in the car in thd car park.

Lovely stay again, only problem is entrance to city centre through car park at back of hotel, gate is open sometimes. Need key fobs or another option for those wanting to walk to centre Would be safer than road way which is longer too

The stay was very good for one night, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, there was no restaurant at the hotel (only the one next to it) but it was no problem at all.The receptionist was very kind to reserve us a table at the restaurant next to the hotel. Overall I enjoyed the night at the Telford International Hotel and give it 4 stars.

I was looking for a convenient stopover to break a journey from Surrey to north Wales. Telford seemed suitable and on looking at hotels with parking on site The International looked like a good, and inexpensive, choice and that's exactly what it turned out to be. The hotel was easy to access from the motorway; staff were friendly; the room was clean and well equipped and we were able to walk to a good range of restaurants. The best feature of the stay was the breakfast. I was expecting a slice of toast and a watery coffee. In fact, there was a good choice of very tasty baked goods and beans, bacon and scrambled eggs. The coffee was among the best I have come across in this sort of hotel. I will happily stay there again.

Loads of parking and lovely staff, just a short walk from a shopping mall and short drive from Ironbridge Gorge

Good customer service

The room itself was basic however it did the job. We broke the journey from Plymouth to the Lake District here so it was convenient. We slept well and breakfast was good for a continental. Within a short walk, there were plenty of other eating options for a lunch or evening meal and it was a short walk to the town centre and railway station.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is great with lots of choice. The hotel is also well placed for visiting the ironbridge museums and for the bus station. A 5 minute walk gets you to lost of eating places and 7-8 mins get you to the Telford shopping centre. The railway station is also close by. There was plenty of parking. The hotel bar was open in the evenings and they were happy to provide fresh milk for the tea and coffee in the bedrooms. They apologised because works were happening to upgrade some of the bedrooms, but we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had a great stay. Thank you

Wasn't the worst but Wasn't the best either. I know they are currently having refurbishment done so hopefully they will clean carpets and freshen the paint etc in the room

Basic hotel no restaurant breakfast was basic bacon and beans toast boiled egg and some cold meats optional cereals

Friendly if long check in. Room was on 4th floor it was clean and spacious. Selection of tea/coffee and biscuits, ironing board in cupboard. Walk-in shower was hot and powerful. Large TV Kept spotless by daily house cleaners. Breakfast .... I only went down before 9:30 once and it was ok. cold meats were gone so had bacon sandwiches and a coffee. no cooked eggs (I'm not counting boiled) or sausages. otherwise restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.
