We were in town for a family funeral. We found the Candlewood very clean, comfortable and quiet. The little suites are so cute! I love the full sized refrigerator and the ice maker!! We were just there for a night but the bed was super comfy and the showerhead had super power. I’d definitely recommend staying at a Candlewood if they’re all as comfortable as this one!!

Went to visit family and brought furbaby for the 1st time. I had call a few days prior to ensure they were pet friendly. The man who answered stated yes and was advised there was a $75 fee for 1-3 night stay which I had expected. Upon check in the paperwork states 50lbs or under thankfully my dog us under 50lbs, this was never stated on the website, hotels.com or when I called the hotel directly. Overall, nice place to stay, quiet, clean and has plenty of room with kitchen. This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Front desk staff didnt see to happy, could be more attentive and friendly.

Had a good stay besides wishing towels were bigger. But then at 11:01 house keeper pounded on our door and said “your checking out?” I said yes she said “check out is at 11” I said I know we are out in a minute. I think it is ridiculous that at 1 minute passed on a Sunday morning we had to get told to get out

The entire hotel smelled horrible… even the elevator smelled awful. It permeated my clothes and I can still smell it.

Immaculately clean and very cozy. Parking lot and lobby very neat. Rooms extremely convenient and the hotel is close to highway. Room did smell somewhat musty however. Seems ventilation in the bathroom isn’t sufficient to remove humidity out of the room. Some of the paint in the shower ceiling was peeling and the furniture in the bathroom could use a refresh. Would have loved a bit better coffee options in the room and in reception. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you.

While the staff kept the facility clean, there were certain, very visible aspects that were in a state of disrepair. In addition, it was a bit loud due to the highway. The rooms were generally well equipped.

The room was impeccable. The bed was so comfortable. We did not want to get out of the shower. Everything was so clean from the lobby to the room. I very much enjoyed my stay and actually extended my stay.

I was given a standard room when I paid for a studio suite. The hotel would not fix it saying I should call orbitz to correct it which they didn’t

Staff was excellent. They always provided everything that we needed and was helpful and attentive. The property wasn’t the best in term of cleanliness. The carpet in our room was dirty and sticky and the curtains had questionable stains.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Great rates. Smooth and fast check in. Love that they have a full size refrigerator, kitchenwares, and use Dove products for toiletries. They have a gym, laundry facilities, and a little store where you can buy snacks. Located close to several restaurants and a gas station. The staff was friendly as well! The only thing I wish was that they offered late checkout for IHG members on the weekends, but overall it was still a very pleasant stay! Definitely highly recommend!

The review said the bbq while watching their child swim there was no pool. My air conditioner made noise they did fix it I ended up leaving early it just wasn’t a pleasant experience for me

Garbage pails in stairway made the stairway smell and I’m not sure that it’s safe in emergency exits. I take the stairs for exercise and it was not pleasant.
