I didn’t like how we were always watched by employees and staff. I felt like I was in day care. And literally no privacy and also there is no cable and the air conditioner kept shutting off. I don’t recommend and the staff is very nosy and unfriendly

This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. It lacked in cleanliness and EVERYTHING smelled like stale cigarette smoke including the pillows!

The ac no work

I booked a jacuzzi room through Expedia and when i got there they gave me a regular suite. Homeless ppl abound in the parking lot, broke down vans and someone even had a tiny grill outside their broke down van. I didnt stay, They wont refund the money. What a joke. Just go somewhere else.

First room smelled just like someone smoked a cigar in it 5 min before my arrival. Second room lights were either not working or flickering on. Did not sleep well!

We stayed for a couple of nights as we had been displaced from our residence as a result of fire. The place was quiet, nice, clean and front desk clerk was courteous.

The place was full of mice and they did not even come in room for all the food that the mice destroyed

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Bathroom had mold growing, dresser was broken. Very dirty. Then on the day of check out we were being rushed out of our room prior to checkout time. I’ve attached a photo of the dresser when we brought it to attention they said they’d fix it…never did.

Nothing special just a convenient place for a quick stay!!

Cleanliness of the room. The only thing the AC, it needed to be cleaned and the front cover was loose. Also the remote for the TV didn't work. Overall we had a good stay.

Problems: After corresponding with the general manager, he is now aware of the concerns that I will list here. I feel as if this property has potential but it is not there yet. At this time this hotel is NOT worth the $ you might spend choosing it over another hotel. Although Red Roof Inn has a generally good reputation this one had problems during our stay. Most notably rodents in the room! I had a loaf of bread that was chewed through and had to be thrown away. Electric outlet by hair dryer was not working so you can't dry your hair. Lovely full size fridge has several broken shelves on the door. Our shower on the third morning had no hot water available. No coffee in the lobby although if you ask during the rare times the office is open, they will give you the packets to use in the little pot in the room, A/C had its front taped on but it did work well. I want to conclude with the nice things about the hotel. The evening worker was polite. The room looked clean when we walked in and the day employee gave me general managers email to express my concerns after I told him. I feel as if I was heard and I hope this becomes a wonderful hotel in the future.

The hotel lobby felt like a bank, with bulletproof glass at the counter. I knew I had chosen the wrong place as soon as I checked in. One of the two beds was sagging, and the room's furnishings were outdated. The worst part was the terrible neighborhood; at midnight, people were blasting party music from their car stereos. The room's soundproofing was not very good.

I was not able to stay here, I arrived and was told Expedia overbooked and they did not have a room for me. I ended up having to book a room at another hotel at almost double the cost of this reservation

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and affordable

People actually live in these rooms. Loud music and drug use at night. Room was aweful, tub didnt drain. Bathroom door wouldn't close, smh. Unacceptable.

Poor customer service and false promises the alarm was broken with an offensive noise and no one fixed it

Great place to stay when working in the area

The location is very good,the outside property is clean & looks very nice,makes you say,i want to come back,but what ruin it is,its not a clean place,it looks cleanbwhen you wLk in,but when you check its not clean,the bed had a smell,it had a sink hole from where & tear thru use,,bathtub not clean,management not doing job checking rooms after worker so call clean,2times here & done

Room was very nice. Separate living room from the room. Problem was they made it look clean by changing the sheets. Sink, hot tub and floors was NOT clean at all! Other than that it was a nice quiet place.
