Stayed here 6 days during a work-vacation combo. The villa was lovely and our suite spacious and clean (except for the dead bugs behind the tv that eluded daily cleaning). The bed was not terribly comfortable with only one pillow each. Expectations got managed early on when we tried to shift our trip forward one day (same stay duration, just a day later) and add a day. Even though hotels.com made the change, the villa let us know they‘d charge us for the first, unused night anyway. They also let us know after booking the non-refundable trip that their reception/check-in was only until 6 pm. We had planned for a scenic train ride from Zurich but due to train strikes couldn’t tell the hotel an exact arrival time, which they demanded. So we rented a car for an extra 2,000 Euro. The room had relatively little appointments. Bundled with a limited hour reception that was always closed by the time we got in from our conference, the whole trip felt scheduled around their staff, which wasn’t relaxing. For example, we didn’t get wine glasses and corkscrew until we finally could sync up with the hotel staff on the last afternoon. The spa was nice, but cost extra and we were mostly worried about being on time for our designated one hour slot. The camera in the spa and 5-page waiver and rules was also a bit much. Lastly, they take breakfast end time seriously, even if you just want a cappuccino to go, as all amenities end like clockwork unless pre-scheduled. Front desk staff was pleasant.

Property and staff were amazing. It was both my girlfriend and my birthday's during our stay, we did not tell them but the staff noticed on our passports and gave us a free bottle of proseco to celebrate

Terrific place well situated for walking to the main tourist attractions. Beautifully appointed, excellent facilities and a splendid breakfast. Only downside is it can be difficult to spot it when driving.

Pictures online don’t do it justice! It’s beyond beautiful the owner is amazingly sweet always present to help with anything. Loved staying there! The beds, linens, pillows were very high quality. The grounds are like a fairy tale ❤️

Lovely boutique hotel off the beaten path. The only problem we had was getting taxis. This seems to be a problem all around Lake Como. We waited almost an hour to get a taxi for dinner and had to end up walking back over a mile in the rain to the hotel afterwards because we could not get a taxi to return to the hotel. Something to think about if not staying in center city.

Everything was on point. Breakfast was lovely. My husband and I had the nicest stay at this beautiful villa. A tip when staying here, it’s a lot easier to get around if you have your own car.

Stayed at the Apartment, which is separate building from the main building. We were welcomed very warmly and everything in the Hotel was spot on. Enjoyed Prosecco and snacs on the rooftop "solarium" which provided also view to the Lake Como.

Everything was amazing here!! I’m so glad we chose to stay at Villa Liberty! The owner is so nice. She went out of her way to show us our beautiful apartment. Alesia is so helpful. She recommended a wonderful restaurant and even reserved a table with a view.

Absolutely amazing! The property is so beautiful, the room and bathroom are at a 5 stars level.
All the staff is incredibly nice and efficient. The property is located on a very quiet street so you hear nothing at night, yet you are in central como by the lake in a 12 minutes walk.
Breakfast is A and the fact that it has a full gym and spa despite being such a small hotel is unheard of.
Our favourite hotel out of 7 we stayed in in Italy. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Liberty. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
Additionally we really enjoyed private spa and breakfast in the spa.
The best part was probably the large roof terrace where it was very comfortable to sit in the sun in the morning and the evening.
The hotel was also very clean.

This Hotel was in a great location away from the centre but an easy and lovely walk by the lake to the centre of Como. The Hotel was very clean and well appointed. Had a great roof top,lake view terrace on which to relax.The best thing though were the staff who were excellent and really made you feel at home and welcome and were really helpful. Lake Como itself is beautiful.

This is an absulutely wonderful boutique type of Villa. Well renovate a few years back, but still the feel it was renovated last week. Very stylish!! Friendly and helpful staff that always greets you with a smile. We will defenately return and recommend this beatiful Villa.

Excellent, modern hotel set in a belle époque era villa between Como and Cernobbio, a short walk from Lake Como. Very friendly and attentive staff members gives this you a sense of attention that large hotels do not always manage while also respecting your privacy. An excellent Italian breakfast is provided in a comfortable dining space. With its own private entrance and location away from the main road, the hotel is a quiet place to rest. Plus it has a professional spa. A roof-top terrace provides fine views of the landscape.

Staff were so helpful, even making a dinner reservation for us, and the room was exceptional - so clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was excellent and the rooftop terrace had wonderful views including the lake. Cannot wait to go back.
