The staff was terrific and accessible at all times during our stay. I want to point out that the animation team was the best experience we had with their performances and personalities, making us feel at home away from home. They worked throughout the day to make sure all guests were entertained during their stay. Tony, Tito, Mario, Max, and the others in the animation team deserve a raise for the great work they did while we were there. In addition, the food was great and the rooms were clean. Had a great experience. Thank you animation team and hope to see you guys in the near future!!

Nice new resort - its about 5 years old. it was very quite while we were there and many of the facilities weren't open. Meals were generally good. It would have been nice if the restaurant hours were longer, as they closed early.

Typical resort hotel with all facilities and service to allow you to enjoy family holidays without the need to go around. Very friendly staff. Wifi is weak and slow.

Overall a good stay for a family with young kids the water park made it much more fun .. the food is good and many choices at the buffet and the rooms are clean which is greatTwo negative comments I would give 1. 1. Breakfast staff don’t really appear till around 8:30-9 am before that it’s not self service and you have to wait for someone to come and help and sometimes you have to wait a long time
2. The WIFI connection is really bad .. so if you have to get some work done you need extra data with yoyo

Hotel is new, clean rooms and complete hotel, excellent service, selection of meals, nice gym and pools all around... nice sandy beach.

We stayed a week with 2 children. The hotel is faultless. The staff were efficient. The food was superb and varied. The facilities were perfect for a week's break in the sun with kids. We will return.
