We never stayed, this hotel is closed, burned by fire! Yet, you still take reservations for the property?? Shame on you and them! I spent two hours on the phone with you to get moved somewhere else, sitting in a dark parking lot! Not happy at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Owner was completely horrible!! Charged an additional $150 security deposit upfront then came up with any and every excuse to not refund the deposit. Also charged an additional $10 per day per person for people who just visited in our room, not guests who were staying overnight just friends that came by. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to us our whole stay!! Even the housekeeper was extremely rude to us as we were trying to load our bags to leave saying she didn’t have time to be waiting on us to get the hell out of the room (even though it was an hour before checkout time). The rooms are only mediocre at best and that’s being generous, it’s old and needs updating and it’s age shows. Lumpy beds, stained walls, horrible worn out sheets with holes! Absolutely hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and I travel 90% of the year for work. Stay anywhere else but here!!

The check-in gentleman declined my paid booking during heavy rain in dark night on 12/31/2020, and I had no choice but paid them extra for a room in the New Year eve.

Just an okay property. Nothing special about hotel. Felt safe and food was close around. Would stay again if the prices stay competitive. Would prefer indoor hotel but for outside hotel entrance rooms, it's fair.

This property is nothing as the pictures looked. The beds were dirty & disgusting. The room that was suppose to be non smoking stunk of smoke. Would absolutely never stay here again. Rather sleep in your car, you’d be safer.

Booked through Expedia. $120 for 2 nights. Got to hotel and he says we need $150 deposit as well. Well I don’t have money like that and that $120 was nearly all I had so I couldn’t even stay in a room that I paid for and they won’t give me a refund. I think it’s garbage that they can even do that. I will give bad reviews to anyone that ask and I work in one of the other hotels in town so I get asked a lot.

I went to the hotel at 2:30 to check in. The lobby was closed and some lady inside looked at me like I was in the wrong place and pointed me to the night window. He told me to come back at 4pm. I got back at 4:06pm and went back to the night window. I told this lady that I had a reservation for a room. (I had purposely made a reservation for a room with 2 beds in case my friend could make the trip). The lady asked me how many people and she could see someone else in my car from her vantage point and I told her 2 people. She said it would be 11 dollars extra. I said that I had reserved a room with 2 beds on a just in case basis. She began to be rude and insisting about it. I started to pay it but I felt that her rude attitude would probably carryover in something else during my stay and decided not to risk it staying there.

I would like to say firstly I’m a nurse. I stayed at this property 7/18/2020 . On 7/19/2020 I booked thru Expedia to stay at the OYO hotel. At approximately 1135 I was informed to go to the office bc I should’ve paid them cash instead expedia and then was told I had to leave the property and come back 4pm to check. I asked if I could have a refund from property or expedia so I could get another room somewhere else I was then told I could pay an additional $30 to check in early. I then informed both properties that I was nurse and I needed to rest because I had to work tonight and yet I was denied Expedia’s manger was nonchalant and treated me terribly but he made sure to inform me that I couldn’t a receive my refund!! I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with how I was treated!

The facility is due a painting, but the room was nice. The bed was excellent, the best rest I have received in days. I slept so well almost missed my next day event.

I arrived at the property last night around midnight, after a long day of driving from the East Coast with two small children. When I booked the room with hotels.com, I disclosed the children and their ages. I was given the price of $54. When I arrived as t the hotel, I was told it would be more than the agreed price because of the "extra guests" (even though my email clearly stated the price as well as the total number of guests.) This was deceptive and frustrating. I decided to stay elsewhere rather than support a motel with dishonest policies. Also, despite calling themselves a "hotel," this was a pretty basic motel.

The lady at check in attempted to charge extra taxes and an extra charge for a room that I had already booked. The room had a very bad smell when we first arrived. The outside lights in the area of where our room was didnt work so we had to use our phones flashlights in the mornings. It definitely needs work.

I has booked a room. Well when i hot there. There was 3 other couples waiting in the lobby. They had also booked rooms. Just as i the hotel didnt have there reservations. Then another man wallwd in with reservations and also wasnt honored. Expedia called the hotel as iwas at the ftont desk. While i watched the cleek hang up on the caller. Mannagement. At SUCKS!

I LIKE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL AND STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEANED AND BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.

Price was great, so my expectations were low. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful very pleasant experience overall

Cost was good, room was clean, staff were friendly and the hotel was very well lit at night.The hotel is located right off the highway and there is a BBQ restaurant next door which were convenient. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but there is a Waffle House 5 minutes away. Overall it was a good stay.
