We arrived to police cars, we had issues with entry code. Other guests were having issues as well. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so not a lot of privacy. It actually came off its hinges. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. We were in a studio room in the basement. The location and the decor of the place is what would bring a higher review.

Beautifully comfortable accommodations

I frequently stay at this property and I am never dissatisfied. The service is perfect, easy to be in contact with staff if needed, and the room is quite relaxing with the perfect amenities. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Was a great location. We did struggle with the front door pin a few times because it wouldn’t work. But the property and room were very clean, had atmosphere, and all sheets were clean. For any travellers looking for things to do, it is nearby Cosmo’s which is a dance club! And is nearby several dining locations such as Korean and Mexican cuisine.

I enjoyed my lovely stay at this hotel. It was clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, and everything was perfect. Check in & out were a breeze. It was also the perfect location and walking distance from everything! Staff were so helpful and always available whenever we needed them. They even went the extra mile to call and let us know their phone systems are down and to email if we needed anything. It was my first time in Moncton and it was an amazing experience. Thank you!

The space was lovely! There is a night club close by that was noisy on the weekend, during the week was not an issue. Great little spot, close to restaurants. I would certainly return.

There are multiple night clubs near by - the music is very loud… the bed is vibrating.

Beautiful building, easy access, fun all around the location.

Clean and modern, noisy due to nightclub nearby, no bedding supplies for sofa bed.

Is an amazing place but I would suggest you don’t go alone, because is too cozy like a romantic room just for couples

Great location, really nice property

This property has always been a personal favourite of mine and the staff was extremely accommodating of any requests or inquiries I had about my stay! They allowed me to do an early check-in and provided me with all the information necessary to fit my needs for an enjoyable stay. Clean and nicely furnished apartment all to myself, peaceful and quiet…I can’t wait to go back again!

Liked ease of virtual check in. Secure building, nice finishes, clean, spacious and located conveniently at walking distance to all downtown amenities. Small recommendations- sliding barn door to washroom didn’t work and needs adjustment and bed was on the hard side. I will stay again.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much. The close proximity to amenities and restaurants was nice. We enjoyed the feeling of being “home” instead of in a large hotel. Being able to make a meal was great especially at breakfast time.

Very easy to receive entrance codes and great location

Very clean, comfortable bed, and a great shower. Perfect location, walking distance to the tidal bore and restaurants. A little noisy but we were only there for one night.

I liked that the hotel felt like an apartment, it was big and very comfortable, modern and clean. No elevator. Easy self check in and check out. Lots of parking, and walking distance to downtown. What I didn’t like was that we found a mouse trap in the closet, after reading reviews I had no idea there was a mouse in the hotel earlier this year. The hotel was also near a homeless shelter as reviews said which I didn’t realize prior to booking. The shower head was also dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Overall good experience.

Excellent location

Very hip modern appointed apartment. Area got noisy on both Friday and Saturday night particularly between midnight- 1am with people on way home from the bar down the road.

We loved our stay! The online checkin process was so easy. Loved the freedom. Good parking as well. The cable didn’t work great (kept coming in and out for some reason), but Netflix worked! The place is very modern and very clean and spacious. Loved having a fridge and coffee machine. Washroom was lovely with toiletries provided. We will happily book this property again!!

What a wonderful suite! We will most definitely be back the next time we visit Moncton

We plan to be there one night and extend it to 2 nights just because of the apartment. Trendy , design super clean , located 2 min from the down town , all new and super clean. Definitely 10.
