The bathroom is too small but very functional The receptionist is kind but English level is not very good. Overall it’s a very good one to do shopping or just a small trip or transfer night

Good not very good

Check-in was a not the best. I got an email with a QR code about fast check in after I had checked in. The staff was okay. The whole place seems purposely under staffed. Check out a little too early, and no option for late check out. The room was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Basically a hallway with a bath shower in 1 closet and a bed in another other. But for the price good okay. Good value considering the relative location. Over all good.

I enjoyed this stay. Clean, comfortable and the staff were awesome. Will be back.

Hotel was convenient for local shopping and restaurants. Located directly across from a convenient store made things even easier. Well connected train station is probably 15-20mins walk with kids. Bus stop just round the corner might be an better option depending where you are going. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Staff kindly allowed me to leave my large suitcase in the back office for 3 days saving me the hassle of storing it somewhere else. Good experience with the OneFive Tokyo Shibuya.

Loved it! Clean and nice! Access to shopping centers and restaurants as well. Wonderful place to stay if you travel alone.

The property is located at a very convenient place. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station and Shibuya Crossing. Across from the hotel, there’s a Family Mart that’s open 24 hours a day where you can get some food anytime. Staff was helpful and the place was fairly clean. Few things that stood out for us was the shower room was very tight in space. It was hard to move inside the shower, but that’s expected of Japan. This might be challenging for other people but we just worked around it. Another thing was, since the area is mostly catered to young adults and there are clubs around the hotel, there are times that you would see drunk people early in the morning but they don’t do harm at all. All in all, we’ve had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Loved staying at this hotel. Location is amazing and rooms are cozy and confortable. Also is pretty affordable. Definitely coming back.

Clean and nice hotel for short stay

The location of this hotel can't be beat! It's a stone's throw from Shibuya Crossing and many shops and restaurants -- yet it's on a quiet side street just far enough away from the activity to allow for a good night's sleep. The property is worn in areas and the food options seemed limited however the staff was WONDERFUL: kind, attentive, and professional.

We arrived at 9am to drop our bags off, and the reception told us to come back at 2 and they could check us in 1 hour early. We came back at 2 and were told by a different receptionist to come back at 3. She then checked 2 other bookings in early, and came over and told us we could in fact check in at 2. Whilst checking in the receptionist questioned the fact we were two men having a double room, which made us uncomfortable. If you are LGBTQ+ I would not recommend staying here. The room was outdated and the view was of a brick wall but stay was fine otherwise.

It was a great wee hotel to stay in and my grand daughter found it very comfortable. I however am a lot older and could not sleep well on the thin mattress Otherwise the room had all I needed with a great corner store across the road. The breakfast was good too. We had a single room each.

Hotels is in a nice location, quiet street with a convenience store right across from it and an easy 10min walk to the Shibuya or Harajuku stations. 2 twins room was small, but we were only in the room to sleep and shower, so it was fine. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Great location with walking distance to several sightseeings. The hotel room was not very confortable: it was so small there wasn’t any space for luggage. The shower water kept changing from freezing cold to burning hot, so not very relaxing.

The location is close to shopping and tourist area and the property is suitable for one person travel

Rooms were very small and basic not recommended for a family of four having said that the staff were excellent and the area is easy walking distance to the main sites of Shibuya.

Small room, but there's everything you need...

Nice hotel, felt kinda like a hostel. Only saw staff once upon checkin, everything else was through a machine. Room was tiny, but it's Japan. Luggage storage for before or after you check out. We accidently left a shopping bag behind, came back 2 hours later, it was right where we left it in the lobby. Super safe and secure hotel.

Really liked the Japanese style room with the bedding on/close to the ground. Had a comfortable stay as a solo traveller! Would recommend!

I like the hospitality shown and the rooms were compact but cozy

The hotel was amazing, very accommodating. Expedia was not helpful when the reservation was booked. It was confusing and there was no customer service. I was almost left without a room, but the hotel fixed it for me. Will probably never use Expedia again!

I liked the close proximity to Shibuya station.
