This is a well run contemporary hotel and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Everything needed was elegantly and simply provided, nothing fussy, attentive staff, great position.

Good value

This hotel was decent but very bare bones. The room and bathroom are tiny. The beds are very hard and they give you one pillow. They don’t clean your room other than to empty the garbage and give new towels (only one per person). The hall and elevator area need a good vacuum. It was okay but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

In General, the hotel is good because of convenient location, good counter service and spacious room provided. However, find some long hairs on the floor in the room, feel not that clean.

Photographs viewed while booking the hotel were deceiving. The room had no closet or drawers. Last five nights rooms were half price than what i paid. Very noisy room facing an intersection. I would not stay there again. Staff was excellent

Stay for 3 nights. New and clean hotel. Great location with 7 Eleven, Family Mart, Daiso and many restaurant around. Subway station just 10 minutes walk. And bus station is just outside of hotel. Not far away from Kyoto station.

Overall a good experience living in this hotel for the first time - convenient transport, quiet surroundings

Location is good, 3 mins walk to train station and bus is accessible to main tourist area. The shower is strong with massage points. Size of room is ok compared to Japanese standard room. We were eligible for one time service over 6 nights stay, service is fine but not detailed. We lost our laundry bag due to staff picked up with dirty towel. But staff did not speak English, unable to get it back. Bed and pillow are hard not comfortable. Short stay is ok, May not choose for long stay. Currently the restaurant is not closed too.

a bit not so convenient to take the subway to kyoto station one cashier staff at 7-eleven next door very impatient and rude. surprised that this happen in japan

All round good

The room was a little small but the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a washer/dryer on site that includes detergent in the price. Easy access to public transportation and a 7 eleven just outside was very convenient.

Comfortable beds, multijet shower, next to bus stop for many attractions. 30min walk to Nishiki market/pontocho. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing and accommodating, you can leave your bags after checkout, the rooms were very clean. Definitely recommend, will be staying her next time.

Great budget hotel

The hotel doesn’t provide you housekeeping which is very inconvenient if you are staying more than 2 days as you will need to dedicate some time to clean your room. They only provide you with clean towels that by the way are small and not of good quality. Don’t loose your key. To replace it you will have to pay USD 20. Check out is at 10 am. Really???
