It was a little noisy on the first floor from street noises. The room was a little small, but acceptable for one or two nights stay. Other than that, easy to find, easy to check in, in a good location and room was clean.

I love the self check in and out. Very smooth and quick check in process especially when traveling all day. Check out is basically non existent just pop the key in the box. Convenient location close to all bus stops and main shops/streets.

This 3 Bdrm/2bath worked very well for our family of 6, very clean and efficient apartment. Location is walking distance to downtown and many shops/restaurants. Parking was no problem. If ever we return we would stay here again.

Property was as advertised.

Dirty dishes in the dish washer had not been washed for a few days and the smell was bad. Left message at front desk and no one come and help.

The location was excellent. The room was clean but very, very tired and tiny, considering it was an "apartment".

It's a small neat and clean place. Bathroom small, you cannot wash your hands without spilling it on the floor. Noisy especially at late night through the outer window.

Great value. Only place i could find that was such a good price for a place in a walkable area to all downtown attractions with free parking and even had what you needed to cook a meal. Studio is small but worked fine for a night for our family of 4 with two small kids and there was nothing else i found that came close to this is value for the price

Front desk was very helpful to our friend who had hurt her leg. Also very accommodating in letting us store our luggage before check-in. Blackout curtains could have been more effective in blocking light at the beginning of June. Conveniently located for Flybus pickup to airport.

Our original room wasn't clean but the front desk found us another room which was an upgrade for no additional charge. The upgraded suite was very nice with a balcony with views of the city. The location was great with easy free parking and still very walkable to downtown sites.

It is in a convenient location for exploring the town.

The location of the property is quite convenient, within walking distance to the Hallgrimskirkja and supermarkets. The apartment is very cozy and warm.

Good place to stay in Reykjavik. Parking at door, easy to access city centre and all attractions. Room was comfortable enough and kitchenette good as it saves money for sure as Reykjavik so expensive to eat anything out. Couple of little things let's the place down. I had a ground floor room facing the street so it's a little noisy as people walk past, so if you can, get a room on the other side of the corridor. Also room is very warm even without the central heating on so I had to open the top window which lets the noise inside too. Windows could do with a clean.

Great to stay few nights

Property conditions are kind of old but was ok to stay. Easy to check in and out. Sofa bed was broken and was not able to use it.
