The location was perfect! Edoardo was friendly and very helpful. There are so many good things to say about this place. We loved the view from our room.

Location was perfect, right in front of the Duomo. Room very spacious, clean and well fitted. Edoardo was very helpful. Carried both our suitcases up and then down at end of trip. Very highly recommended for anyone wanting an incredible experience right in the middle of this fabulous city.

The people are super efficient and very polite The location is the best in Florence with a view over the magnificdnt Duomo However the conditions of the Room are "normal", not luxurious at all. The Room need a full renovation

Location, location, location. Most of the main attractions are 7 minute walk. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delivered to your room, and the fabrics are nice. The only con that I see is that is not necessarily a ¨Luxury" B&B as it is advertised. For instance, you need to move your luggage several stairs up/down.

Stayed here in September 2019 for 2 nights and it was fantastic! Location was across the Duomo. The room is clean, spacious and the balcony view was perfect, thanks to Federico. Try this B&B and you will love it!

Fernando and Eduardo are superb hosts. They are ready with recommendations, maps and to make reservations as well. The breakfast pastries and coffee are fresh and delicious.finally, the hotel is located perfectly to access all of central Florence.

This was our third time in Florence and we loved this place. We had the room with the balcony and had breakfast out there every morning. Federico was very friendly and made a great breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

So glad we chose this place! INTIMATE - This was such an intimate and unique place to stay, as it is only a hand full of rooms. You'll receive very particular care as one of the lucky few guests. STAFF - The staff were great communicators in preparing for our arrival and were very friendly. They even gave us a room upgrade (maybe because I was 33 weeks pregnant), and a very delicious local pastry waited for us in the room. ROOMS - Very clean accommodations. Our room was huge - very high ceilings and beautiful drapes to give a luxurious vibe. The bathroom was also huge and had a sleek, modern open shower. Only down side there was that the drain didn't drain very fast, so we would pretty much flood 1/4 of the bathroom when we showered. FOOD - Breakfast was great! The staff will give you a huge menu to select anything and everything you want - just write how many of each that you'd like and what time you'd like it delivered the next morning. It will come right on time and you can enjoy a literal breakfast in bed while Florence wakes up. We had an early tour in the morning and the staff agreed to deliver breakfast to our room 30 minutes before their usual start time (again, very accommodating). LOCATION - You. Cannot. Beat. This. Location. It's at the heart of Florence and walking distance to everything. Even so, it's still very accessible by car. If your taxi driver knows the area well, they'll drop you off the closest they can get you - about 10-15 yards from the door.

Perfect location with lovely balcony and direct view of the dome

We liked the location as it was close to the sites of Florence. We enjoyed the size of the room and the balcony. The service was excellent and our room was spotless.

Incredible location and facility. View of Baptistry from our window! Only warning is that you need to coordinate on arrival as no one is onsite except at specific times. While we were emailing them from airport, the Expedia email was delivered after we arrived at the door. Fortunately they came shortly thereafter, but we were worried.

The Ceratanni B&B was very comforrable, high quality bedding and interior - loved the shower! 2 of the rooms have excellent views of the Duomo which is literally steps away - loved being in the very heart of Florence! Federico offered excellent customer service. only challenge was that the lift was not working and that was not shared ahead of time.(stairs are difficult for me so I specifically looked for a place with a lift.) anyhow, I would still highly recommend this place.

Refrigerator with complimentary drinks, fruit, yogurt as well as a basket of tarts, crackers, Nutella, etc. Only three rooms, this place feels extremely private. Eduardo and his brother couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. This is the nicest room I’ve had in my 7 trips to Europe.

Excellent hotel with great service.

We just stayed at Cerretani Palace for two nights, but I wish we could have stayed more! Spacious room next to the Duomo in the center of Florence, fantastic bathroom with great supplies, welcome tray with snacks and juice, super friendly and courteous management and staff, perfect communication, it is excellent value for money! I recommend it with no hesitation and we will be staying there again when we go back to Florence!
