Nice, modern hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and accomodating. Room comfortable. Breakfast choices good.

There was only 1 chair in the room.

Property was average. Didn’t have coffee pot in room and room lacked a few other items

Your using the Hilton name but not the standards. Poor customer service. No bathroom fan, no carpet in rooms, no bible, no guide for the tv, no ice buckets, pool to small and always overcrowded. No scratch pad or microwave in room.

Horrible staff

Great amenities, horrible front desk staff. 2 of the front desk employees were horrendous and one was just indifferent and kinda rude. Check in time is 3pm, but we, along with other guests, sat waiting in the lobby for our rooms until 3:30. Not super easy with little kids in tow while it’s raining out. Staff did not apologize for our rooms not being ready, and then accused me of harassing them because I asked if the room was ready after check in time. I’ve never experienced that level of poor customer service. Rooms are small and there’s no surface area for your stuff. I would not advise families to stay in a double queen. It was very cramped with 2 adults and 2 little kids compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Breakfast and pool were great. But… The cons far outweigh the pros for me. I won’t be staying here again.

Love it. Our second stop at this hotel. Will be back.

It was good overall

Hilton was at one time a first class hotel. Now it the same as motel 6, will never stay at a Hilton hotel again Sincerely You make a reservation for a room on the 1st. floor, and they put you on the 4th floor. Don't waist your time.

I did have an extra charge on my credit card and have been waiting on someone to call me back for a few days now, other than that it was an excellent stay!

Stay was okay. The room did not have a desk for my business needs. Bed was good. Shower leaked water out into the bathroom floor…you could tell the water leakage was an ongoing problem due to replaced tile. No microwave was a disappointment. Breakfast was okay.

We had a great stay! Place was clean and welcoming. Only issue was we couldn't get connected to the wifi but wasn't a big deal for us as we were just using it for our phones so didn't ask the front desk for help. Breakfast was good. Check out was easy. Lounge/lobby was great, lots of comfy seating and air hockey foosball and a pool table.

Check in was good. The breakfast bar was, also. The floor of our room was dirty. The linens on the bed were average at best. The fitted bottom sheet kept slipping off. The hotel was quiet. Appreciated that. I have seen Hilton do better

CHECK IN STAFF WAS RUDE, WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT THE HANDICAP PARKING, HILTON POINTS WE WERE BLUNTLY TOLD WE BOOKED THRU THIRD PARTY AND SO SERVICE HAD TO BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO BOOKED WITH TRU/HILTON FIRST. REALLY? I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. AND, IF THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT PEOPLE WHO BOOK WITH EXPEDIA THIS WAY, YOU DON'T NEED THEM ALSO THEY CHARGED US MORE FOR PARKING THAN YOU SAY IN THE EXPEDIA DISCLAIMER.

Clean but odor of marijuana near entrance. Never could get wifi to work - told me I had to be a member or may be subject to charges for wifi. Signed up for membership but wifi still didn’t work. No real blanket on bed, it looked almost like a mattress pad with quilting only to the edge of the bed but then a thin fabric edging. No enough quilt to stretch over two people in bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

I've stayed at several Tru's, but I was disappointed with the breakfast area on Sunday. It was very messy and there was absolutely no food available during breakfast hours from 9-10am. They finally brought some food out past 10 but definitely did not live up to the other Tru's I've stayed at. The coffee area was also a mess. Coffee stains everywhere and the coffee was so strong it was barely drinkable. The room was clean and check-in was quick and easy.

Great hotel , clean , breakfast was good - they offer a hot breakfast and always have coffee and tea available which is great . There is many food and shopping options down the road . There is a fridge in room but no microwave, there is a parking fee which is listed on the booking website- so any reviews that talk about not know about a parking fee is because they haven’t read it when checking out - I do suggest the staff should tell you though when checking in because they don’t - That I will say is sneaky - luckily I already knew about the fee and was prepared and asked about it . All in all my stay was very good and will definitely stay again .

The stay was over all good. I loved the location of my room which was right next to the side exit so I could park close. My only issue was the remote for the TV. The Power button did not work so I always had to manually turn the TV off and on.

I’d expect more from a Hilton branded hotel. The shower is already looking worn, visible water stains. Door lock had to be lifted with force to lock. Flat pillows that don’t hold your head up. King spring mattress worn (get memory foam ya cheapskates). TV unplugged so we plugged it up and it’s not user friendly at all. There’s no carpet in the room so that’s both good and bad. The HVAC was noisy. We only had one washcloth between the two of us. Hotel also adds a $8.50 fee for “incidentals”. When asked what “incidentals” were, the front desk told me “parking lot maintenance”. Bah. The parking lot was abysmal, a solid sheet of ice that had not been treated with salt or cleared with a plow or shovel. Lies. Serves them right if someone falls and sues. Won’t be staying there again. Other hotels in this area are better.

Unlike the Tru Hilton in Manassas, VA, this hotel proved to be a disaster. If I visit Smyrna, TN, again for business, I plan to NOT choose this hotel again. Your front desk staff are not well-trained (good people but lacking in professionalism, courtesy and any concept of customer service) and your maintenance was ATROCIOUS. The toilet seat was broken and it did not get repaired until the evening of the third day of my 4-day trip. You need to clean up your act at this hotel. BUT .... it is pet friendly so I got to play with a lot of my favorite furry friends on my elevator trips.
