Roomy, very clean. Shades make for great sleep- very dark.

Room was very spacious and quiet even though close to elevator. They just finished cleaning carpets recently, so room was clean and fresh and very spacious. Within minutes of check in the desk attendant came up to make sure everything was in order as the note about carpet cleaning was still on door. All

Breakfast was good and Breakfast attendant was awesome! She gave a quick description of what was offered and where it was on the counter area. She offered assistance as to if she could adjust the TV's to accommodate our preference as she saw we had Viking attire, and the London pregame game show was on next.

We enjoyed our time here though it was under bad circumstances. We lost power due to a storm so decided to check into a local hotel due to heat. They were very accommodating. Rooms were large, clean and decor was tastefully done. Even enjoyed the pool though it had a loud echo due to being inside. I would definitely stay here again and would feel comfortable putting visiting family here as well.

This was one of the dirtiest pools I have ever swum in!! Overall property felt cheap and 2nd class.

Expedia screwed up our FULLY paid booking and had to call them and take up my time after driving for 8 hours!! Not impressed. As for the hotel itself, breakfast was horrible! Nothing on shelf’s, had to ask several times just for bread. Not a thing for kids unless your child’s into buckwheat waffles. Carpets in halls and rooms are filthy. Beds are springy. Pool is tiny. Elevators and halls were about 90 degrees. Front desk staff were friendly. Only positive. Not a fuss bug, but dirt is not cool. Not sure how it got the Expedia rating it did. Avoid this place. Part of Hilton chain.

We did not get the room that we booked through Expedia. We booked a two queen with a pull out double sofa. We received a one king room. The staff could not fix the problem so we crammed five people into this room. We slept on the floor. The hotel did not offer a refund either. They blamed it on Expedia.

There was a problem with our check in and our room got double booked. Turns we had someone come into our room at 4:00am! It sounded and then awoke to someone braking in our room! Try going back to sleep after that?!

My room was disgusting. It had a weird odor when walking in. Like dirty socks. It was past 11pm and other guests were running a yelling down the hall.

Gave away our rooms so we had to go find a different hotel at 11 pm at night.Had two rooms reserved with double queen beds.

Dogs running the halls at night. My business trip was extended for an extra week, and I spoke to 2 different people at the hotel about this on 2 different days. When I went down to check back in, my room had been given away as they told me that I never checked back in. My belongings in my room were either destroyed or stolen and I had to call the police. Hotel would not refund my company for the unused extra week.

The gentleman that checked us in had some computer issues. He was so courteous, friendly and professional. He sincerely is a rock star in customer service and deserves major accolades. We would stay again just because of him. The other ammentities and stuff was extra.

The only thing was I called and spoke with the manger for early check in for a 4 night stay
He said, no way unless you pay $50. That’s the rule, no exceptions.

We showed up and talked to the receptionist who was very nice.

Room was very worn. Multiple stains in carpet. I had to walk around the room in my shoes.
Couldn't check in because there wasn't any staff tat worked front counter. Told they would be in in an hour.
I called for early checkin due to a speaking engagement. By time I got in the room I had only half hour to dress and prepare.

I understand that a fly can pretty much get inside anywhere, but four flies?! Clearly there was something open somewhere that let that many into a single hotel room.
You're charged "AN ENTIRE NIGHT'S STAY FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE" if you check in before noon? Excuse me?! That's not only unreasonable, but it's flat out WRONG. The GM, Danilo (spelling is something similar) stated that outrageousness. His attitude towards us was less than favorable. There were several of us there on business. However, I did notice that when my male colleagues engaged with him, it was a more pleasant experience for them :-/
On a positive note - the rest of the staff was phenomenal. The rooms were very clean and smelled lovely. Having a pub directly across the parking lot is very convenient if you don't feel like driving anywhere for food. The location is conveniently off the expressway.

This was one of the largest one-room hotel rooms we have stayed at. It would be great for an extended stay or a business trip with a well-equipped kitchen and office area. The only negatives were that the bathroom light kept flickering, and the bed was stiff. However, this hotel appears very new and very accommodating.
