Easy to get to. Quiet hotel. Nice staff, rooms cooled quickly. Clean

The hallways were extremely hot and humid. Blind fell during night. No free breakfast. Bathroom fan didn’t work well

The desk clerk was friendly upon check in. The bathroom and room were clean. Nice clean fridge and coffee maker with four complimentary k pods.

Our room was pretty far from the entrance even though it was a handicapped room. The shower had very hot water and we were unable to find a comfortable temp. The shower didn’t drain and started to flood the bathroom. Upon check out the lobby was so full with Girl Scouts selling cookies and another event going on in the attached room to the lobby. This hotel is a very large facility catering more to events than just individual travelers. Limited parking for handicapped, we ended up having to park on the other side hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful! Bed was comfortable, offered clean towels every morning.

Very interesting architecture. Our room was damp (0004/lower level). There were whiffs of cat litter in the hallways outside some rooms. The shower liner was moldy. The windows were dirty and had cob webs. The rest of the room was clean. Disappointed there wasn’t a microwave. Salt water pool was great!

Rooms were superb. Staff were exceptional. Facilities were really good and location was beautiful.
