It was good and we all found something that we liked.

We were disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub in the pool area.

I was surprised that the front desk person on Sunday evening could not suggest a single place to eat in the area. I know the pandemic has altered restaurant availability and hours, but this seems like a pretty common question especially since the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. A list or a few places within a few miles, or those that offer delivery would be very helpful.

The hospitality was impeccable. The moment I checked in, the service was amazing. From the front desk staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was attentive and so polite. I was having a very stressful day, but just ending it in this establishment made everything worthwhile. Very much family friendly as I was hosting my son's 13th birthday.

My stay at the residence was extremely comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff was helpful and nice.

My only complaint would be the amount of noise late at night do to children running up and down the hall and adults arguing in the hallways as well. If they were quiet hours after 11 p.m. 75% of the guests on the second floor did not take others into consideration.

The size of the room was great! It felt spacious and comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. We would definitely book a room with you again.

The queen bed was more the size of a full bed and the mattress sagged in the middle making it very uncomfortable.

This location was 5 minutes away from our destination which made travel very easy. Our room was extremely quiet with plenty of space for two of us. The shower was very comfortable. Parking was not a problem. We liked the variety of the breakfasts.

The bathroom sink faucet leaked. I asked them to fix it but I guess they needed to order a part. I touched the handles of the cupboard above the microwave and was grossed out. Asked for it to be cleaned as well as the top of the refrigerator but neither area was addressed. Inside the refrigerator, one shelf was missing over the vegetable drawer. Not really a problem but should be addressed.

It was cold! the heater wasn’t working great. the mattress wasn’t a great feel on the body. it was not a nice experience sleeping on the bed. breakfast options were very limited.

Awesome room, great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was great - hot scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and french toast sticks or pancakes plus real plates and silverware. Plus fireplace was very warming and welcoming in the lobby.

The laundry was on main level in very well lit room so I felt safe when I had to go do laundry at 12:00am! Laundry soap price was super reasonable and so was the cost of doing a load of laundry!The ladies at the desk were kind and helpful. I was staying there because my Mother was ill and passed away. They inquired how she was doing and gave me their condolences. The lady working am shift on Mon Oct 18 2021 was very kind and said she was glad the hotel could be a part of my comfort during this time and she hopes to see me back on a happier occasion. That is excellent, caring customer service!❤️

The lightbulb on lamp to right side of bed was burned out in my room, #318.
