During check-in, the front desk receptionist insisted to keep my passport until the end of my stay as a form of deposit. And when I refused, they told me to make a payment of 500,000₫, cash only. I don’t mind paying for a deposit, but the hotel should at least notify beforehand about this policy.
Other than that, room and breakfast is ok, pool was nice.

I was really disappointed with this hotel, our room was dirty, the shower leaked, the floor we were in had bags of rubbish and smelled awful. I would not stay again.

Awesome staff that were accommodating and respectful. Location was great as restaurants and the beach are within a short walking distance. Building was clean and the pool and view were beautiful.

Good hotel with very reasonable price. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. One recommendation is to use some products to clean the yellow stain in the shower. Overall, good experience.

Very New Hotel, situated exactly where u want to be as a tourist, very friendly & helpful staff with spotless cleaning, I would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. Rooms were very modern, and a lovely roof top pool - could do with a few more sun loungers though!

We stayed at The Nagar in March and found the most helpful staff ever! Tien, after loads of phone calls managed to get my phone, which I left on a sleeper bus, returned to me and Loan helped us every day, with taxis, coaches, restaurant suggestions and anything we wanted!! The hotel itself was very pleasant, the breakfasts good and all the staff fabulous. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much. Molly & Stephen xx

Absolutely loved our stay here at Nagar Hotel Nha Trang! The best staff ever- super friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast buffet each day and the ability to have a cool dip in the pool at the end of a hot day. I hope to return someday :)

A gem of a find! Close proximity to the beach yet quiet and off the busy main road. Helpful, friendly, multilingual staff made our stay a pleasure. Excellent variety at breakfast (including local and western items) with omelettes made to order. We stayed here twice during our tour of Vietnam and will definitely return. Great job, Hotel Nagar!

We stayed here for three night.
The front desk staff (Nhân) was very nice. She allowed us to do early check-in, gave room upgrade, and offer late check out.
I would stay here again the next time I am in Nha Trang.

Hotel is hidden in the sideway street and difficult to locate from main street. Google map has difficult to pin point the hotel

Great location that is a walking distance to shops and beach. Great swimming pool on the rooftop with good views to the beach and cities. Great customer services.
What I don’t like is that it was so crowded with many tour groups from China. The checkin waiting area is sort of noisy.

Very welcoming staff who were always happy to help. Beautiful room with an incredible view and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast selection was also very good. I'd love to visit again if the local area itself wasn't so chaotic. Thank you so much to all the front desk staff for all your help and the friendly hospitality you showed us throughout the stay

Me and my friends came to Nha Trang and stayed at the Nagar Hotel Nha Trang. We found the hotel to be conveniently located, many local shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had an ocean view room and it was just perfect. Nagar Hotel with rooftop pool was our favorite place to lounge with a cocktail. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. All in our time there was perfect. Definitely will choose Nagar Hotel Nha Trang again for my next visit to Nha Trang.

Great location near to the beach and Sail club. We arrived early and the staff were very accommodating in letting us check in earlier than we expected. Breakfast was ok but taylored towards local tastes. Rooms very good, though there was maintenance work going on in the rooftop bar area which was unavailable for some of our stay.
