The first apartment they gave us, both heaters did not work. They took forever to get us a different room. We could not call front desk, we had to text via WhatsApp’s. Communication was not all that great. Although the food is great but The restaurant takes for ever to bring your food out. Our apartment did not have much pots and pans and very little dinner ware. The apartment they moved us to was much better and the over all stay was okay at the end. Will probably look elsewhere to stay.

The front desk people are very nice and speak excellent English! We can exchange the currency and good rate. We wish the waiters know more English. The hotel Is in a great location and close the downtown. I will recommend my friends to stay this hotel!

I didn't like some places in the hotel that was dirty, the pool was dirty, the voices of the people of the other room it could hear in our room

Good hotel, with lots of restrictions which make us worry about so many things. You can’t bring food or drinks from outside, meaning you are forced to eat out or order from their restaurant. The hotel is good with spacious and clean rooms. Bathrooms could be better equipped with toiletries. Location is OK. Not very close to the main centre but is a pleasant 20 mins walk to get there. It has a good small gym. Take your water with you.

The staff they need to learned how to take care the tourists. We call many times also we went to the loby and tell the receptionist abou the problem they never did nothing. Tiwel dirty shower dont work room was terrible is mot what we paid

Apartment/rooms were filthy, old, and stained furniture, bed bugs. My room was changed twice but the problem was worse. I reported it to the reception, and I was told by the receptionist that i could check out and that i will be refunded. After i had checked out, I was informed 3 days after that i will not be refunded and the remaining 9 days was still charged to me . US$1001.64 was deducting from my account. Very shameful...! Incompetent staff.

The staff is unfriendly. If you are early they dint let you to check in and you’re not allowed to be in the property areas except in the lobby. Even though the elevators are not protected so anybody can get in. The staff makes a big deal when you’re early and they make you stand-by until it’s exactly 2pm to check in. Area is noisy but transportation is excellent so that makes up for the noise. Hotel is outdated and hit water takes like 10 minutes to start flowing. It’s just okay. The property is good and room are comfortable. It will be better if the staff is not so rude.

Bathroom was sticky and not so clean. Shampoo is beter not to use . Is some cheap liquid . Towels not fresh . Used many times.For such a tipe ( tower) its very small restaurant.It was very bussy. Brekfast is poor. We where at 10th floor . No view!!! Grand view hotel ???? Everything else is just GREAT! We will come again and recomend to a friends.

The day I arrived I express my desire to extend one night (24 April). I was told that would not be posdible due to lack of availability of rooms. I told them I was surprised that there was no way to try to accommodate my request. I insisted a few times a day for 3 days until I gave up. The young ladies were kind but I needed a manager with experience who could listen. Someone texted me via whats app. I didnt feel my request was handled properly for an exclusive hotel. Anywhere in the world such request was possible. An experience person was needed at the front desk. Also, the restaurant was awful. Breakfast was good but any other meal would be burned, tasteless, staff chatting and on their phones. Last day no one cleaned my room even though I hung the sign requesting cleaning on the door. I had a good time because I MYSELF chose to be happy and smile

Awful communication, didnt answer their phone, slow at answering messages in Expedia, replied in spanish even though my messages were in english. As a traveler, this is not a good look and I would not advise staying at this property.

Located in a terrible area… was told to be back in the hotel for the night no later than 6:00pm. Because that’s when the surrounding shops close. It wasn’t recommended that I take an Uber or cab out after 6:00. The hotel is gorgeous. Loved having a pool. Ate in the hotel restaurant but that was awful. The room cost was great but it’s not in a safe area and I missed out on being able to explore the city.

The front desk ladies were so kind and welcoming. Great location, lovely accommodation. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to have a restaurant menu in the room, as there is room service and you cannot bring in outside food.

Is was awful! They gym doesn’t have water or alcohol. The breakfast is only bread and milk, there’s no protein in breakfast whatsoever! You literally have to paid for simple eggs. I will never return.

Nestled in a residential area, this two year old property with modern conveniences, excellent amenities and a great front desk/reception staff made our recent stay very enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was great to have as there's no eateries nearby as we arrived in the evening - tired and hungry. And what a surprise as the food quality was very tasty and good!!! The only negative to this review is the service - or very lack of service - we received in the restaurant from one of their staff member. Thinking it may be because we arrived an hour before they were closing, it didn't matter as we saw him in the morning and the lack of guest service and initiative in taking care of his guests was sad to see. He obviously should not be in the service industry!! That evening, another server was in the restaurant and he provided excellent service. Otherwise, it was a great find and stay!!
