One of the cleaner hotels. You can smell the bleach pretty heavily upon initial entry to the room. Probably the only negative.
I recommend checking into this hotel at precisely 2pm, because you’ll have to wait until then jo matter what. I’d use this hotel again for sure.

Very good for what it is, it is not a 5 star hotel or anything. The room itself looks very modern but we had a lot of little bugs on our desk. Didn’t bother me too much as long as it wasn’t near the bed. But other than that, theres not much else.

There was an issue with clenliness when we first checked in but this was resolved quicly by the hotel staff.
The only thing that left me quite annoyed was the parking issue at the hotel, we were constantly told to park across the road when there clearly was parking beneath the hotel.
On many occasions we told staff that because we had young children it was too dangouros to cross the busy roads, this request was ignored until a fomal complaint was made to hotel management.
Honestly i really like staying at this hotel ( i have stayed here many times before) but this experience has left me thinking twice about rebooking this hotel.

Shower water pressure and temperature were great. I do wish they had air conditioning- you can open the windows but it lets in mosquitoes and sometimes is really windy so windows slam.

Stayed at the Luxe two nights. The hotel is very simple. The only good thing is that it is clean. The front desk was not very welcoming or helpful, the shower didn’t have hot or even warm water which was frustrating after doing a day tour to come back and have to take a cold shower, the buffet breakfast was also not very good - it was almost like the food was leftover from the day before. On the second morning I just opted for eggs and bread and the bread was completely stale we ended up just going elsewhere to eat

Actually i can only rate the service from staff as i didn’t stay in this hotel. The staff at the hotel contacted me at night before i arrived at Da lat that we can not stay as the hotel is fully booked out. Hotel.com should work closer or update the system to reflect the availability of the room. It not like hotel contacted the customer on the night before they arrived to say that we are fully booked and we need to relocated you to another hotel. The hotel they relocated us have only 2 bedrooms (we booked 3 bed rooms and pay for 3 bed room)
I am happy with staff at the hotel try to help us but not happy with condition of the room in the hotel they relocated us and not happy with such a short notice to let us know. I am not happy with breakfast as i need to take taxi to have breakfast at the luxe as the hotel they relocated us doesn’t have breakfast (the luxe pay for taxi through but it not convenience as we have to travel 6 km for breakfast). I am also not happy as they do not compliment us anythings if we do not ask for it. We have to ask for one breakfast meal (we wouldn’t get anythings if we do not ask for it.
Anyway the booking system need to be improve. The hotel need to be more sincere with client (at least let is know you are fully booked a week or a few day before we arrive, not like let us know on the night before)
