Totally rad dude!!

Bath tub didn’t drain, air locked in on 73 couldn’t change and the night stand was still sticky from someone before us. Floors had not been mopped in forever.

Easy to get to. Beautiful view of the beach.

Close to beach , comfortable living space, spacious enough for 4 people

Had a good stay. Only real issue was the shower head was broke. Was not able to be put into the mount for the shower head. Was fine other than that.

We loved our stay and the condo was great. The only suggestion we have is for more storage in the condo. There was no where to unpack our bags. Other than that, it was fantastic! Thank you. Terri Shuttlesworth

Easy access to the beach , easy parking, friendly staf

We are completely content with this suite and property. Location was perfect, suite was clean and comfy and I loved the balcony facing the beach. Beautiful views and the staff there was so friendly

Check in was easy. The condo was just the right size for 3 of us. All the staff were polite and helpful. Clean and quiet. We will be back.

The property was dated. It was clean. No restroom in the pool area.

The check-in and check-out system should be changed, since the times are not very tight.

We had to find a condo last minute (3 days before) Every other place we found all added crazy fees but not this place. Reserving this room took about 5 minutes and they made checkin ever quicker than that! I also loved all of the staff! I highly recommend this condo if you are needing a quick getaway. Very relaxing place. Only thing that needs improvement is elevators are sometimes slow.

Everything we needed for a family vacation. Great location with great ocean view, pool, and easy beach access. Also close to shops and restaurants.

Extremely happy with the Condo and location

Very disappointed in communication. We arrived early in hopes that room would be ready early, little did we know the check in “window” was 4-5, according to rep at Brett Robinson office, and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. This was not communicated well at all. We have two babies and were under the impression check in was at 4 so basically we just had to wait in the lobby until 4:30 like homeless people. Also, we did not have enough towels/wash cloths for the two days we were there. The room was supposed to sleep six people and we only had 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. The elevators were ridiculously slow. It would take 10-15 minutes at certain times of the day to get to the parking garage. Lastly, we could barely sit on our balcony due to smell of marijuana. Not necessarily the hotels fault but was very frustrating. Overall, the room was clean and very nice for the price.

The room was amazing. Great view, single bedroom , two bathrooms and comfortable bed . All the amenities of an apartment at a fair price. Only complaint is the laundry machines need updated so a card can be used. Also would have been nice to have fresh towels daily.

The location was wonderful. Bahama Bob's was next door. They have great food and service. Several good eating places within a 5 minute ride. We had a great balcony view. Our negatives were elevator issues on arrival. We had to lug our stuff upstairs. However, that was fixed quickly and we had elevator option the rest of the trip. The 2nd level parking is too steep for low profile cars, but we were able tp stay on ground level, where it is covered. I was concerned fot cleanliness after finding a banana peel in our trash on arrival, however, we ended up enjoying our stay.

Everything was great! The location was perfect because you’re in the middle of everything so there wasn’t a lot of driving! It was clean and up to date!! The workers are friendly! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

My family loved that it was right there at the ocean and everything was easy accessible.

The facility was very clean but we did have a few issues. We arrive at 2am so I went to the front desk that following morning to get our parking pass. When I was explaining to the lady at the desk that I was picking up the parking pass since we got in so late I was interrupted by her telling me “check in isn’t until 4pm” I again explained that I had the room booked for the previous night as well but just needed the parking pass. I was then given the pamphlet. After this we were leaving to go to Walmart and since we arrived so late we had to park on the upper level. The ramp was steep to climb and the turn was very sharp to make but our 4 runner was able to maneuver well entering. Exiting was a different story. It was so difficult exiting the parking level due to an almost impossible sharp turn and steep exit ramp. The ramp itself was so narrow you had to align perfectly so not scrape our vehicle. And the pillar on the corner of the turn was damaged and had paint marks from other vehicles hitting it to exit. 10/10 don’t recommend parking on the upper floor even in a standard size vehicle. Once we returned from Walmart we carried the kids and groceries back to the room to find that our room was had been propped open. We checked the room, thankfully no items missing. Assuming this was from housekeeping since we made sure the door had been shut behind us when we left, I called the office and they were unconcerned this occurred and just assured that it was done by housekeeping.

Property was very nice. Had a parking up top but not for trucks. Need to have smaller cars park up top to save room for trucks.

Our stay was really nice! The staff was friendly. I didn’t like the slow elevators and our neighbors were very noisy.

I loved the access to the beach. The view from my balcony, and how quiet it was at night.

I should have ask for a walk in shower, wasn’t thinking about it. Just saw it on the pictures online took it for geanite

The absolute best part was waking and having our morning coffee on the balcony watching the gulf and the beach come alive.

Great balcony view. Need additional elevator. Need hooks throughout the unit. Enjoyed visit.

The company was in constant contact to make sure that we understood how the rental worked. We were able to check in with no contact, and our unit was available early. The unit was comfortable and clean. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. This is a family friendly place. Access to and views of the beach were lovely!

Excellent beach access.

We were told all rooms had same code so if we couldn’t find ours just grab the next one. We ended up propping a chair up against the door so we would hear if someone came in. It was dirty and outdated and there was mold in the bathroom. We booked a new hotel immediately we only slept there one night because we were too tired. Do not go here. Bunk beds are tiny and no one over the age of 8 could really use them. Front desk worker was rude as well.

First time staying there and will definitely be back! We stayed in 1003 it was amazing! The view was incredible!! My best friend asked me to marry him, on a night walk on the beach so I know exactly where we will be going on our honeymoon!!
