We booked thru Expedia for a room with a jacuzzi. The room didn’t have one. There were rooms that specifically said jacuzzi on the outdoor signs. We were told that we couldn’t have a refund. We were told that Expedia misled us. The internet wasn’t working. The employees had to help multiple times. The shower was not fully enclosed. On one side was a wall of glass and other side a wall. The shower area didn’t have a lip to keep the water contained. The tile floor was wet and slippery and my husband nearly fell.

This motel was awesome, each unit has a private car port and the room was soacious. The staff was very polite also, will be staying aagain.

When we arrived, we were immediately concerned as the pictures on the platform did not match what we were seeing in person. 1st – there was no location to check in. We were driving around looking for the hotel check in area and a young woman came out from a metal cage with locks and gates. She asked if we needed help. She flagged down another young woman in a golf cart who asked us to follow her to our room. We were then taken to our room and on the garage wall it said hotel. Each garage wall had signs that stated hotel or motel. This was the only difference between the rooms. 2nd- once we entered our room, there was no way to lock or secure the room. The garage door anyone could lift and there were no locks on our doors. There was also a small door that led to the outside for anyone to open and access. 3rd- the sign on the garage stated a pay by the hour rate. 4th- the room was absolutely disgusting! There were semen stains on the door, TV and fixtures, hair and left over dirt from cleaning in the tub, white stuff on the faucets, and just nastiness everywhere. 5th- Expedia's platform states there is a bar/lounge, 24-hour room service, free wi-fi, that's a lie. My husband and I immediately left after only a few minutes in the room. There is nowhere on Expedia's platform indicating this is a pay by the hour sex motel. After waiting over the 72-hour period, Expedia refused to give us a refund.

Very beautiful area.

The hotel room is modern and nice looking, but there are concerns. I stayed in the family room and the outside beds were dirty. There were yucky things on the bedsheets and I had to request new sheets. Then there were the sand paper towels! Also the names of the rooms like kamasutra, ... not appropriate for family stay.

It’s is quiet clean and friendly but they should have blankets and better towels

It’s a motel, not a hotel, but the administration is trying to do the best. Need more stuff, more towels , bed sheets and internet. But the room is beautiful and comfortable.

Nice area, quiet, room was nice and clean. Need better towels, shower area wets floor outside shower and it does get slippery. Other than that, we were happy with room

Clean,Friendly Staff,beautiful location.Only thing is that is a little noicy at night time with the staff going around with the golf cars.But over all i will come back

Made an observation to staff member to make sure they let all their staff when someone makes reservations for several days. It’s uncomfortable that they knock at your door every night to charge you. Staff member was very understanding.

This is more like a motel. Rooms appeared to be clean but this is motel that has hourly rates posted on the walls and appears to seek the customers that are there for short time. Karmasutra was posted all over the property.

It was very clean, there was some confusion of how to check in. But they even had a nice garage to park in next to our room.

Loved the privacy

This place is a bit out of the way, but great. Individual attached condos with a garage. Inexpensive but PR prices ( about $100 ).People were great and efficient. Modern and stylish. Only a bakery restaurant nearby but great hamburger. Prices reasonable. Had a flat tire this AM. They changed to a spare and directed us to Rickeys tire place.fixed it 123 for$10. All highly recommended.

It was a great experience, the staff were great the room was clean, but the mattress cover was a bit small…..other than that it was almost perfect. And very quiet

It was a great place to stay, by far one of the best in Puerto Rico… the people that worked there were amazing, very helpful and the room WOW wonderful…. I will definitely come back with my family and friends

Pulling into the hotel is a little weird as there's no office, someone comes out with a clipboard to check you in. The rooms look nice but mine had ants crawling on the walls, floors, table, etc. The first staff member came and sprayed a disinfectant. Really? It did nothing. The second staff member stopped in to tell me they had to go to the store to pick up ant/roach spray because they didn't have any available. There's nothing standing outside in the heat waiting until they spray your whole room and then walking in afterwards and inhaling the ant/roach spray. Yuck! The free-standing shower was nice except that the water was backing up and out onto the bathroom floor! I had to keep turning the shower off to let some of the water drain!! The sink had the same issue. The jacuzzi tub looked like it needed a good cleaning and I was not even going to attempt to turn it on. I wanted to hang up the dress I was wearing to the funeral the next morning but although there was a clothes rack, there were no hangers. As for the staff, they seemed to have more fun driving their little carts at high speed and laughing and hollering at each other. Honestly, I'm not sure I would ever stay here again.

Rooms were ok. I didn't like the arrival. No front desk. Was greeted outside with a what do you want. When I told her I'm here to check on she said ok and proceeded to go inside some cage. 10 minutes later the housekeeper arrived in her golf cart and took us to our room. Housekeeper was very friendly.

Its a Motel not a Hotel.

Before booking understand that this hotel is clearly geared towards sexual encounters. Walls of mirrors, tantra chair in room and pornography on tv when first turned on. If this is what you are looking for, go for it. If you are just trying to book a hotel please do not go. Looking beyond the sex vibe, the bed was also covered in ants. Hotel attendant did not seem bothered or surprised by our complaints, no refund given. Do not be fooled by the reviews that state this is a decent stay for the price.
