Second time I stayed here and as usual, the welcome and service by the Moxy team is superb. Location is amazing connecting you well with the subway, as well as good nearby eateries. I don't like the $25/day tax which you need to spend on in house purchases, kinda blackmails you into buying from them, but for the location, room condition and service, it can be overlooked.

My stay was good, check out and. Service from the manager was terrible. I am not one to make a big deal of stuff but I don’t get that when a customer asks you to explain and break down what they believe and have been told by your assistant manager and others to be an incorrect charge. To not try to explain throughly, to be rude and dismissive, and to offer what you feel is a resolution. After calling for months, sending emails with no response.
I would recommend you book somewhere else, property is nice need better management.

Our stay was nice. I expect a few more standard amenities when I stay in a hotel (extra towels, body lotion, blankets, etc). I don't think I should have to ask at the front desk. The hotel in general was clean. Our room was very clean. The extremely small lobby was congested at check-in but the process was fairly simple and quick. I wish the front desk person had explained things a little more thoroughly but she was hurrying to accommodate the line of people behind us.

We never had our room cleaned, even after we asked the front desk. We had dirty towels on 3rd day, and our trash was never taken out. Rooms are small. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a jet engine, a horrible night's sleep.

Very small rooms, no refrigerator iron or microwave. Extremely basic. Beds aren’t super comfy like other hotels. Limited elevators with such a high volume of people. Small front desk long check in and check out

The staff were wonderful, particularly the check in staff. The 3rd floor bar is cool with lots of free games. The rooms are small but clean and nice. The one downside is the water pressure which is a dribble for showers.

The hotel was okay, the rooms are kinda small ,I was missing a lamp on one side of the bed, and to access the room we had to go through 2 different elevators which got a little annoying because you have to wait for both and it takes some time due to the hotel having a lot of floors.The hang out area is very nice and the staff seems friendly.

Overall had a decent stay, however, charged me a $25 resort fee. I was told that… that could be used as a credit towards a purchase from the hotel. So my wife and I had a couple of drinks. Yeah, they didn’t give me a $25 credit. So that was kind of crappy when you say You’re going to do something do it.

The location is very convenient in the heart of downtown and easily accessible by public transport. The check-in wasn’t the smoothest- we arrived and there was a crowd of people at the door. It wasn’t the welcoming experience we were expecting. However the room was very clean and comfortable and the lobby bar was vibrant and inviting. We’d also like to shout out to ‘Engineer Will’ who helped us out at the front desk after hours when there was no one else at the reception desk- thanks for going above and beyond!

We were staying there for our sons smallish wedding - Hotel fit everybody and the restaurant/ nightclub / game room was great meeting place that had something for everybody from 9-90 years old. Highly recommend!!

We arrived to check and got a corner room that was missing a few things that we got when we previously stayed. We wanted a king bed with city view because of height issue but the front desk was convinced we had a king bed but we got a queen bed. Front desk did not show any care to want to help us. We were stuck with a room that I paid more for. This was my second time staying there and I’m now turned off and will not return. Please give people the room they paid for.
