I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The location was perfect as it allowed me to explore the surrounding area on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and I was particularly impressed with the functionality of the kitchen. Being situated in a historic area added a charming touch to my stay, and the proximity to shopping options was a great bonus.

Nice unit, could use end tables and more comfortable seating in the living room area. Clean, efficient space. Would stay again.

The unit I stayed in was very clean (and I am quite picky) and spacious. On the whole, the kitchen was well equipped, but it did not have a pot. So, I was not able to make the pasta that I had brought. Overall, a very nice stay.

Loved the property !

The entrance to the property is a bit odd as it is a doorway shared with a side entrance to Subway. The accommodations are extremely clean and the space is very nicely organized. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The space can feel a bit dark and the only windows overlook the parking lot. That said we slept extremely well in that oh so comfortable bed.

I would recommend this property, however, know that the pictures on the site do not accurately reflect the one bedroom option. I was expecting a lot of light and a great view of town. The one bedrooms are at the back overlooking the roof with the industrial air conditioner. So you cannot open the blinds. That said, the unit was very nice, the kitchen worked well to cook breakfast, and we did not spend much time in the room outside of overnight. It was easy to check in and out, and the staff was very responsive. Just know going in that with a one bedroom option you will not have the views shown in the photos.

The location was close to town but still quiet, but no amenities like ice machine or front desk in the building

Right on Main Street so you can walk everywhere. Not attached to main hotel though. Super clean, modern and spacious. Well with the value!

Very clean!! Nice space for 2-3 people. Liked that kitchenette was well stocked. It would be great if kitchen had its own salt and pepper. Hand soap would have been nice. Overall very happy with stay.

It was in the Centre of everything. Olympic Arena across street, and a view of the Main Street.

Large apartment with lots of space. Would be nice to have more hooks, mirrors and furniture and drawers in one of the bedrooms that was completely not functional. Very clean

Very dishonest hotel. Charged me a cleaning fee after I left the hotel. Expedia never knew anything about this fee neither did they mention it to me at check-in or checkout. My card was charged after I left. During my stay I never requested or received housekeeping yet Expedia couldn't get them to reverse the charge. Beware of this hotel's dishonest business practice. I am grateful that Expedia offered to compensate me for the illegal charge. The apart is fine but its tucked away behind a store. Not the nicest place for a vacation room. More like a bnb. Overpriced too.

The windows did not lock and the window shades did not roll down. It is located above Subway.

Very clean with a good bed. Excellent location

Great location. Apartment was very nice but the desk for the hotel is not onsite but located at their other hotel. Not really an issue but if you want to speak in person to someone , you need to go to the other location. Very well maintained but had some quirky things, ice maker in freezer not hooked up and not very clear instructions on checkout in particular what to do with silverware, plates glasses. We would stay here again.

Check in was confusing. One location for check in, then room was at a different location.

Location was great, right by mirror lake, walking distance to Main Street and shops. Cons: since it’s right above Subway, it has a faint smell of yeast, bedroom windows need a black out curtain so you don’t get waken up at the crack of dawn, walls a little thin that you hear if their is someone having a party in the building or if someone is talking outside at 1 in the morning. Overall would stay here again for its good size apartment with full kitchen. Great for families!

The property was delightful. The heater in the bedroom was a bit loud. A door mat would have been nice with all the snow. We dad to use a towel.

Great apartment like stay with all that you need. Had all the basics and no complaints. It isn't a luxury style apartment though, which we didn't expect. The location can't be beat!

property was ok for my 4 night ski package I booked via Expedia, but unfortunately had to cut my stay one day short due to covid situation back home with family member and rush back. General manager has refused to refund one night that I didn't use the room, and claimed it is hotel policy.. these people have no real understanding of emergency and non-pleasant life events. obviously it shows because of low customers turn around to fill in rooms through Covid pandemic years (2020-2021), and loss of revenue, they try to recover funds by any means and non-sense policies that they claim exist but no copy of it anywhere. definitely NO more going back to this palce and recommend to stay away with this shady hotel and non-compassionate and understandable staff. :( :(

The apartment at the main street location was excellent. Big, bright and clean with a full kitchen,bedroom with a king bed and pullout in the living area. In walking distance to everything. There was an issue with our heating unit on our second night and we had to be moved to the main hotel. The staff was attentive and accomodating. The manager, Polina, was extremly professional,helpful and focused on customer satisfaction.Definately reccomend this hotel!

Full size fridge and freezer. Great central location to olympic center, restaurants, the lake, downtown, oval, and toboggan run. Check in is in the main building, 1 block away. No gym in the Main street location. But there is parking right outside the front door.

Awesome location, very clean, great price. If your looking for great amenities this is not your place. It was perfect for us and exactly what we were looking for. Able to walk everywhere in town.
