Staff are amazing. Friendly and professional and very helpful. Pool is refreshing and the skybar has amazing views. Breakfast is the best that I’ve had in Hanoi. The only thing that the room is missing is a luggage rack

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is so central for what we wanted to do and the staff particularly Rose who went out of her way to ensure we had a fabulous stay.

Smaller than makes impression on and we had some kind of cockroach like insect in room.

super nice location in the middle of the old town. service of the personnel. rental and nice. good bed, quiet at night, however, there is a bit of noise between the rooms and from the corridor, but it was nothing that would make me not book the hotel again, wonderful morhenmad - highly recommended - thank you for a lovely family

The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the rooms are very old and worn down. I might be able to accept 3 nights due to the great location. However, the carpet of the room smells really bad. The room is also too moisty this makes the air uncomfortable and hard to breathe. This hotel will definitely not be on my list of hotel choices next time I am in Hanoi unless they have improved the rooms significantly. We booked 2 x Superior rooms for 3 nights.

This hotel is situated in the old quarter, surrounded by shops, restaurants, markets, and landmarks. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options.

For Old Quarter area the hotel is well maintained with amenities but the customer service needs to improve in terms of communication and being accomodating to guests. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was average.

This hotel was the best in everything. Next time I come to Hanoi, I will come here again. I'll list the good points. 1. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and since I could walk to all the tourist attractions, I was able to come to the accommodation and rest well whenever I wanted to rest. 2. Breakfast was more satisfying than any other restaurant in Hanoi. 3. The rooftop atmosphere, service, and price were all satisfactory. 4. The interior of the accommodation has a high-class, Vietnamese feel. Personally, I like the wood style, and overall I was satisfied. 5. As for auxiliary facilities, the swimming pool is small, so I didn't see anyone actually using it, and you can exercise in the gym and play games such as pocket ball. 6. After checking out, you can store your luggage and take a shower. 7. Lastly, thank you to all the very friendly staff. I love Honoi ❤️👍

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Rex. The only problem was the extremely loud music on the street on Friday evening. It was very disturbing

The place is located in a nice spot. A lot of the shopping stores are on the other side of the lake, but the hotel is very cozy still.

This is the best location in Old Quarter Hanoi. Room, amenities services are excellent. Staffs are always ready to help and assist you with anything needed. Breakfast is excellent. Facilities are very clean. They allow us to utilized the facility while waiting for a few hours before going to airport. Over all it is the best hotel hotel I had with hotels I experienced around the global.

The Rex Hotel Hanoi is an excellent hotel to stay at. Location is unbeatable, and the condition, amenities and staff were excellent! My only feedback would be to not stay on the 12th floor. This is where the elevator stops to access the pool, restaurant and roof top bar. So it was a little noisy with people shuffling in and out.
