Great Value

This is a lovely city hotel in District 3. The staff were very professional - they always have a smile on when greeting us. Rooms are not very big but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious and has a decent varieties each day. It's walkable to Ben Thanh Market and Independent Palace. There are also good dining options around as well. Will stay again!

Very clean hotel, nice view of a strange looking water tower and the city. Bathroom was great, complete with Japanese high tech loo and glass wall so the wife could eatch what i was getting up to. Breakfast was brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful, definitely stay there again. Great hotel.

Had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the iced coffee! Staff is always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Hotel is in a wonderful location to explore central areas Saigon.

Lovely hotel with kind and knowledgable staff. Good breakfast choices and a good room with plenty of amenities including a safe. The shower does leak a little bit but not a problem once you put the bath mat down!

Great location - right next to D1 so really easy to get around and close to restaurants. Room was clean and very nice

From the initial check in to check out the staff were pleasant and polite- rooms clean and tidy, breakfast good choice and location of hotel really good near lots of the major sites by foot and ideally situated. Would recommend staying here

Lovely hotel room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Surrounding area was ok. Breakfast was terrible, we ended up having breakfast elsewhere even though it was included.

We loved our stay here at Orchids Saigon. The Concierge and hotel staff were amazing! Good breakfast to get the day started. Walking distance or catch a Grab very easily to anywhere.

It was a wonderful stay with good service and facilities.

The hotel was super clean and in a convenient area. You can walk to Museum and Shopping. The staff are very welcome and helpful. They organized tours for us with reasonable prices. I'll no hesitate to stay in this hotel again!

Excellent customer service

Overall is good for stay for few days. Room is clean and ppl are friendly. There are an Starbucks nearby. Around 15-20 mins to major streets by walking.

This was the second time we stayed at the Orchids Hotel and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great they even remembered us from 2023. The doormen Trung and Ngia as also were very friendly and helpful, whether it was calling taxis or giving us information. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a nice selection of food. The location is great too, we were close to everything. We're hoping to be back in 2025.

We only stayed here for one night and overall, was impressed with the hotel’s amenities and cleanliness. Our room had a nice view and a jet tub (which was excellent but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it) and hygiene products included. It’s also very convenient to cafes, restaurants and attractions. The only thing that downgrade our assessment is the fact they did not disclose which items were complimentary snd which was not until it was time to check out. Then they informed us that the waters on the counter were free but the drinks in the fridge are not. Checkout also took quite a while as we had to sit and wait while they had another staff member go up to the room and check every single item to make sure we didn’t take anything. Turns out they charge you for towels, drinks, or anything that you take. We didn’t take anything, of course, other than the waters, but it felt very inconvenient to sit there and wait 15 minutes for someone to check our room while their tired looking employee did the paperwork. Overall, the checkout process can be streamlined and the hotel should communicate clearly to all guests what is free and what is not.

Very welcoming and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and conscientious. Rooms & bathroom were clean and modern. Breakfast buffet had choices for all palates with egg & noodle station. Orchids Saigon is within walking distance to all District 1 attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay.
