Horribly understaffed, all employees have all been hired within the last 2 weeks. Food service in all restaurants was 45min wait from ordering. Nancy is quite rude. Portions of waterpark would close down unexpectedly for 3-4 hours. Our room had no comforters or blankets. When requesting a refresh for our room we were told ok, then it’ll be 30.00, we agin said ok, but it never happened. The Santa Claus for pictures smelled of alcohol and had a fake beard. After all the complaints and bad service when I requested discounts for poor service in written form to the manager, I have yet to hear a response. This place should be forced out of business. Our 8!yer olds birthday was ruined.

Newer facility and rooms, plenty of activities to keep kids busy age 2-16. The service we received from all of the food attendants was definitely sub-par, they’re surely overwhelmed by the volume of guests. Food availability was not the best either 4 different places to eat yet the operating hours were very scattered. We experienced a cleanliness issue with our bed on the first night, it appeared the sheets had not been changed and someone wet the bed prior. This was very disappointing and we brought it to the housekeepings attention, they did change the bed linings but it was still nasty to think about. Other than that we had a good time with the activities not just the waterpark, and will most likely give this resort another try in the future.

Absolutely enjoyable stay. This property seems to be underrated. They are very well maintained, clean and well organized. Rooms are nicely furnished for comfort. We would definitely like to come back.

For this time of the year is a really good time to go with our children, and i think for a last minute teip was prefect for us.. great service and place really clean . We would come back with our family and friends

Great family vacation location. I enjoyed having everything under one roof.

Food options were limited and sometime a mystery on when the restaurant were open, the website didn’t match what was happening at the resort.
Some staff were super helpful and friendly while others (front desk) was less helpful.

Everything was nice and convenient. We had no issues except restaurants and excursions were a little pricey and due to a rain storm, electricity was down and the stores in the areas outside the facility were closed.

Nice water park for families with little ones. Water was clean and so was the property. It was quiet and not a lot of people during the early back to school months.

I was upset online it said the waterpark closed later than it actually did, I think it closed at 7pm. So our first day it wasn’t much for us to do but use the arcade. When we did go to the waterpark, a few things were out of service so it didn’t seem like much to do. The food was overpriced, if considering just go to Kalahari would be a better time.

Honestly it’s an excellent family friendly experience, clean pools, rooms, etc.
only one thing needs some attention is they need more staff because it’s wasn’t enough ppl working at restaurants and bars.

The water park showed lack of cleanliness as there were drinks around the hot tub and around the perimeters of the place. Also as I arrived we were not greeted friendly as well the complimentary coffee was not provided in the room so we had to inquire for it.

We arrived after check in time which is 4pm and our room wasn’t ready until 8pm. We were told we would get a call which we didn’t receive. A balcony room was booked in which our room was changed 3x before getting our correct room. Waterpark closes at 7p and Arcade closes at 10p. Food is limited at the resort. Quiet hours begin at 9p which is ignored by kids running the halls. Bring your own toiletries.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We came because our children really wanted the water park experience...and we all had fun. The staff was extremely responsive--from the front desk workers to the technician who came to our room within five minutes of a call--and made the stay so relaxing. The only downside was the food options--restaurant was a bit pricy for breakfast buffet ($24 for adults; $14 for kids) and the restaurant was just ok. The food in the waterpark was pretty tasty. In all, we had a great time and would return.

Shampoo pump was broke. Toilet paper holder was not fastened in the wall. Bug was on bed. I have pictures. They sent up sheets pillow cases and blankets. I had to put them on. Never answered the phone when we called the front desk

This place used to be a place i looked forward to visiting a few years ago.. Now... their High quality standards have diminished in terms of service, dining options and hospitality... im not sure if i will ever go here to stay..also the up charge on some breakfast items like omelets is ABSOLUTELY REDICULUS... Average, nothing stood out about the property. Waterpark was okay. The paint ball game we did was fun. Cristian and Diamond hosted the game, they were excellent and very friendly. They ensured we remained safe throughout the game while having fun.

Place was clean. Only complaints are the breakfast spot didn’t have any bagels left as of 9am on Saturday of a long weekend. Beer kegs would finish but didn’t have another keg to replace with. Bigsby didn’t have appetizers by 7pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. The pool didn’t have towels even though the pool opened at 11 and i asked right as i got in at 11.

The resort is very nice. The water park is good but is way too crowded because they allow guests from outside the resort to come in. Some of the staff of the reception were a little rude. The resort is expensive compared to other resorts.

Safe your money and do not come to this resort awful awful awful! They close the water park at 6pm but check in isnt till 4pm and then check out is at 11am and the water park doesnt open till 11am. At the arcade almost all the machines are broken and there is no manager ever available to assist. The people that work there are all teenagers and are miserable work there.

Room was not ready until 5:45pm… check in was 4pm. Two restaurants on the property were open the food was mediocre and expensive. The room was not stocked with toilet paper or hand soap and no one cleans your room until your third night there. Quiet time starts at 9pm but that isn’t followed because there are kids running up and down hallways and no one does anything about it. The staff was not friendly and welcoming and didn’t even apologize about the room not being ready on time. The only saving grace of the trip was the water park itself which had adequate lifeguards and the frozen drinks although expensive were very good. Probably won’t be coming back to this resort anytime soon.

"The hotel has great potential, but the poor service completely ruined the experience. From a two-hour delay in receiving our room to a dirty room with unmade beds and soiled towels, the staff's conduct was unprofessional. After deciding to extend our stay, we faced confusion and uncertainty about our room. Only after a lengthy dispute did they agree to reduce the additional taxes. Excellent customer service is crucial for a business to succeed, and this case is the perfect example."

The property itself was very nice and clean. The water park was very fun and we all felt very safe on all of the rides. However, the front desk staff could have been a bit more helpful especially since this was our first visit to this resort. It was as if it we were a bother. Having worked in the hospitality industry for quite some time, it was disappointing to see the lack of customer service at the front desk. However. the staff at the restaurant were amazing and very helpful. Thank God !!
