Proximity to Bethel Woods

It would be great to offer shuttle service to Bethel Woods. Concertgoers would be able to enjoy an adult beverage with shuttle services.

Did not stay for breakfast. We went to Bethel Woods Auditorium to see James Taylor. We wanted to break up the trip and stay nearby overnight. Beds were very comfortable and TV was perfectly situated. Room temp very comfortable too.

The bathrooms are very small.

Fantastic location.

My card was charged $420 for a $210 stay. When I brought it to the property staffs’ attention, I was informed that this is a common occurrence, and that it should be fixed within a few days. Unacceptable.

Room was not only clean but pleasing in appearance. Breakfast was standard fare, but again nice appearance.

Staff was friendly.

No soundproofing, could hear conversations and TV of neighboring room. Room furniture was a bit grungy. The only positive for our stay was friendly staff.

We got the room quickly

Never had to right a bad review before but this one had to be done. We got to the hotel room and had the king room with the spa tub. The room size was spacious. I took a shower I ran the water and the water was brown. It threw me off. Had to let the water run for about 20 mins before it started turning clear. Then we went to turn in the jacuzzi and was filling it up, tub wasn’t even full yet and we get a knock on our door from the front desk lady, say the room downstairs was leaking from the jacuzzi. She advised us not to fill it up all the way. We said ok and waited to go in because she said she was going to come back if it was still leaking. 5 mins later she came back saying that it was still leaking but she said we can still use it as long as we didn’t fill it up all the way. We were so turned off about the whole situation and didn’t think the jacuzzi was safe if it was leaking. It drained the tub and went to bed. When we woke up in the morning and getting ready to check out, we noticed the tub had a layer of dirt. Which most likely came from the jets not being cleaned out properly. Safe to say this will be the first and last time we stay there. $339 was a waste, couldn’t even use the one thing we wanted. Highly disappointed.

The breakfast was way beyond my expectations, as I was not expecting eggs and sausage links to be available. Amber, the young woman at the front desk, was also the cook. She did a great job at both. The room was made up perfectly and everything was clean.

The windows in the room are FILTHY both inside and out. They look like they have not been cleaned for eons. I took pictures and videos of the snow and ice, but they came out very cloudy because of the dirty windows.
