My day was great. Only improvement that I would’ve needed would’ve been better pillows.

The room was comfortable and large. Loved that there was a kitchenette and the bathroom was small but functional. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working that was promptly taken care of. I didn’t not tell the hotel concierge but relayed the information through a feedback email. This hotel clearly cares for their guests and was very affordable. Should I need another hotel in the future I will choose this one first.

We stayed for overnight before flight. We got there at 745pm and were trying to get to bed early as we had to be up at 245am for a flight. The people above us were stomping and running across the floor for over an hour straight. I called at 9pm and was told since it wasn’t quiet time yet (10pm) there wasn’t much they could do except ask them to calm it down. The stomping and running and jumping didn’t stop til after 10pm. Needless to say it was a long night with little sleep since we had to be awake at 245am.

Everything was good except for the mattress! They were very uncomfortable and caused our backs and hips to hurt. Mattresses were too hard.

Property was decent. No major issues. However, despite advertising free airport pick-up, they said they don't have drivers available. I even called them a day earlier, and they confirmed they provide 24x7 pickup. The sofa bed didn't have a pillow or blanket, but they sent one after I called them. They even refused to give us a few extra minutes to checkout and wanted us to leave the room right on time. Most hotels allow an hour or so of extra time but not these guys. Won't stay there again.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. The heater in the pool wasn’t working so it was frigid, the pool walls were green and the area reeked of chloramines (chlorine combined with ammonia). The operator is doing a poor job of maintaining the pool and should close it to properly shock the water.
Safety equipment was also in poor repair/missing pieces. Back board didn’t have the three straps and neck brace wasn’t attached. Also no soap in the pool restroom.

Perfect for the night before eclipse! Roomy, clean room. Was even given Moonpie, Sun Chips, and a beautiful “Crystal/hologramy” eclipse memento! Very nice! Classy! Thumbs up Home2Suites!! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. THANK YOU!

Remarkably well-equipped, spacious rooms, very clean, everything worked just as it should. Friendly, helpful staff. The only drawback is the lack of F&B outlets; there's a very limited selection of food available for reheating in the room's kitchen, but the nearest restaurant is a burger place in the Holiday Inn next door.

Price was very reasonable, my room was huge, the staff was awesome and friendly, even though there was a freezer in the room - there WAS and ice machine (crazy how many hotel miss this).
Wife says she is looking forward to staying there again.

Friendly staff, great room and perfect location. We were in town for a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and it was real convenient.

Amazing property located close to Indianapolis International Airport. Room was large and included a kitchenette and sofa area. Staff was welcoming and charismatic. Will surely visit this property again.

We arrived 30 minutes early and were able to check in right away which was great. We got to our room and noticed dead flies all over the window/air unit. Probably 10 total and 1 in the sink. We got a new room right next to it but there were still a few dead flies in the same area. The pool was very dirty. The lobby and breakfast was very clean and efficient.

The hotel was very clean. However the pillows were terrible!! Also when I booked the room I told her that we would be leaving our car there but she did not tell me it would be $10/day! To say the least we went across the road and parked our car at Fastpark!

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted good. Pool was nice but we wish it had been heated. Liked how close hotel was to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Hotel was very clean and modern. Hotel staff members were welcoming and friendly. The room size was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. There’s a gym and indoor pool on site and a patio area for chillin’ and grillin’. Free breakfast is served every morning. Loved the kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and real dishes.
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn’t really close all the way or lock. Also, the water pressure in the shower was low, the shower floor needed to be replaced (damaged:stained), and there was a mild, unpleasant odor coming up from the shower drain.
The indoor pool water temperature was VERY cold.
The decaf coffee in the lobby was always cold or just a little above room temperature, but never hot. These are minor things, but should probably be addressed, considering the price of the stay.

1) website sis no shuttle. Took Uber only to find out website was wrong! Incurred an extra unnecessary expense
2) we stayed 2 nights, room was not made up after second night—not sure why and we arrived too late to deal with it
