This was a really comfortable and well-appointed small hotel, right in the heart of Santa Rosa. The service was great and you are very close to many good restaurants. The bed was wonderful!

Amazing and cute boutique style hotel. Wine selection and staff were beyond friendly. Very nice accommodations and good sound proofing considering it’s an old building. Next to a ton of cute, good spots to eat.

Beautiful building from 1906 that opened as a hotel four years ago. The rooms are beautifully appointed, high quality furnishings, huge walk in shower and an amaxingly comfortable bed. Brilliantly located on the town's central square and friendly staff.....faultless. 10/10

My second time staying at this hotel and it was great. We love the location that it is in. A quick walk to our favorite brewery and lots of dining options around. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel location is excellent for a center to do wine tours and also has a lot of options for dining within very easy walking distance. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Only unfortunate thing is the park out front seems to be a gathering point for homeless people at all hours. For anyone not used to that, it can be quite intimidating to walk out when it is quiet, but that wouldn't be a reason to not stay here, and we will again for sure.

Excellent boutique hotel in the middle of Santa Rosa. Staff is very friendly. Room and amenities were as advertised.

Very nice renovation of old courthouse. Rooms are small but very adequate--decorated in a contemporary but not too stark manner. All staff were exceedingly friendly. Great neighborhood filled with walkable restaurants. Only downside was no parking onsite but offsite parking not too far away if you did not want to bother with valet of $19 per day with in and out privileges.

Love the building and what they’ve done with it. Our room was light and lovely. Windows let in a lot of noise unfortunately but blackout curtains are good.

While the initial check-in and room was problematic, the General Manager and Ingrid at the front desk the next morning did an excellent job to make things right. The room and bathroom were clean, well appointed and well located in the city center near good restaurants, cafes and shops. The lobby was welcoming and the continental breakfast was better than most.

The property is spotless and has a lovely lobby. The wine at happy hour is excellent. All of the employees wore multiple hats (bartender, valet, check in) and were warm and attentive. Truly, could not be nicer.
Downside is that rooms are teeny tiny. Also, even though the pictures on Expedia and the hotel's website for my room type (standard king) showed a double sink vanity and at least one chair to sit in (I always check for this), our room had no chiar (other than the rattan bench under the desk) and a single sink. We could not have stayed more than the two nights- just too cramped.
