The staff is very helpfull with every thing , excellent service minded. The room is nice and clean. The location is nearby to all the places worth to be see in Hanoi.

Stylish, clean property with super friendly staff. The breakfast restaurant is lovely with a reasonable selection of both Asian and Western food. Hotel is located on a busy street but wonderfully serene inside. In-room facilities are what you’d expect of any quality establishment and there was nothing wanting. The ladies in the spa are wonderful, friendly and with strong hands. I didn’t try the gym but it had two runners, weights, etc. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see but just as easy to Grab it anywhere. They’re pretty cheap and plentiful. If we are ever in Hanoi again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay. Definitely worth a visit.

This was a nice hotel. Hotel seemed very empty due to Coronavirus probably. Staff where very friendly and accommodating.Internet was terrible. We had a room overlooking street and it was very noisy and hard to relax. Overall room was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again though due to how busy of a street it was on and the noise plus internet.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with far the best bed we slept in while traveling in Vietnam! Breakfast buffet was very tasty and wide-ranging. Also a wonderful foot massage in the spa downstairs. Walkable to the old quarter, the French quarter, and the Government district. Highly recommend.Note: when we traveled in Feb 2020, the building next door was under construction between 8:30am and 5:30pm daily. This wasn't an issue for us as we were out and about during the day. If this is your first stop in Vietnam and you man need an afternoon nap to deal with jet lag, check with the hotel on the status of construction.

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff. They were very kind to let us rest in the spa when we arrived very early after a night train and stored our bags for us during the day until check-in.

Our stay was amazing at Acoustic Hotel in Hanoi from the beginning to the end. We were greeted by a welcome tea drink and friendly staff. The staff was very informative from suggestions on places to see, room and breakfast info and bringing our luggage to our room. The room itself was well decorated and had a comfortable bed. The included breakfast buffet had a wide selection of tasty food, fruit and pastries and I also loved that they offered free coffee and tea in the afternoon. Also, their made to order breakfast station of omelettes, eggs, waffles, Pho, etc was delicious! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean, in a great location to walk around the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this new hotel to people visiting Hanoi!More

The staff we excellent and helpful all were very happy and always go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need, we got the flu when we were there and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and also went with my wife to the chemist to help get the medicine we needed, the breakfast and the staff were excellent, rooms very clean and a great rooftop bar with 2x hot spas and again very helpful staff, would most definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel are new and very clean. Breakfast is good with diff variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Jimmy, the manger to take extra miles to make sure all guest are well taken of

This hotel is wonderful to stay at. Very clean and the rooms are big and spacious. The staff are very helpful from when your check in, throughout your stay and checking out. A must stay when visiting Hanoi.

We had booked a deluxe room with balcony for 6 nights and we had been upgraded to a high floor, which made our stay more comfortable as we had view and quite nights! The room has a great double king size bed and very comfortable mattress, smart tv, safe, good air conditioning and a great shower. The staff greeted us warmly, they all were very kind and informative about the hotel facilities and the attractions of Hanoi. The breakfast restaurant is on the 11th floor, has a wonderful decor and atmosphere with great views. All the restaurant staff members are extremely polite, helpful and discreet. The breakfast menu changed daily, it was of great quality and taste (the omelette was very good). Every day there was complimentary tea and coffee with some fruits and pastries at the restaurant, which was a delight and a very nice addition to the whole great experience. The gym is open 24 hours! Also, great location, close and walkable distance to all the main Hanoi attractions. There is a small Aeon Citimart at the Hanoi Towers (a two building complex) very near to the hotel. In all, I highly recommend the Acoustic hotel &spa and I would choose it again.

It is a new hotel, everything is nice and clean. Good breakfast and nice people. The shower / toilette and sleeping room are quite small, but nice decorated.
