I recently stayed at Golf Valley Hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally nice and always willing to help with a smile, which made my stay more comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and local amenities.
However, there was one issue that affected my stay: the noise. I noticed that the noise from outside was quite audible, and even within the hotel, the hallway noise was sometimes disruptive, especially during the night. It made it a bit challenging to fully relax.
Overall, while the staff and location were excellent, the noise level is something to consider if you're looking for a completely quiet and restful stay.

Good size room with decent layout. Breakfast here is very good with decent selection. Staff are nice and courteous. The only complaints I have is the wifi too slow, the balcony is small, and the noise. I can hear from the outside and the inside from my city view room. Probably the worst noise hotel stayed in.

A very helpul front desk male staff, we stay on 3rd floor, room is spacious and extremely clean, furnitures as new, very comfortable

Hotel is ok. They shut off AC for the winter season even though it was still warm, 76F/24C. Inside of the room was also reading 24C and getting warmer. I called maintenance, they said they switched to heating only now then brought a fan to use. When we requested to move to another hotel, manager approved to switch to AC for whole floor.

Great hotel with a fantastic service from the Spa. Nice rooms and satisfactory restaurant but deeply disappointed by their action of shortening my stay due to Visa issues. Unable to fly back due to Covid, I like every other tourist had to apply for Visa extensions. I showed them my Visa Extension Application receipt and all other paperwork but they refused to accommodate me beyond the original Visa date effectively throwing me out on the street.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, however our room located on 3rd floor still experiencing the live bands music for whole night and ppl running, walking, shouting at the corridor. And worst thing is me and my friends room also experience stranger knocking your door at midnight.

New and fresh. Good quality accomodation. Nice bathroom. Big and modern tv. Good breakfast. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cheap 30 minute taxi ride to airport. Will definitely stay here again. Many interesting things to see in dalat.

Room was not cleaned up very nicely , unfortunately. They just changed the towels, they definitely not cleaned the shower room, toilet or floor or anyting in the bathroom. And live bar downstairs was quite noisy :(

We are very impressed by the excellent services the staffs rendered to us during our eight days stay at this property. The staffs were always very keen to help,and make our stay comfortable and memorable. Even the manager, Mr Minh was there to help whenever he could.

The staff were fabulous at the hotel, especially Ms. Hang and their two male managers (did not get their names). The hotel was pretty full, but they spent quality time with us at checkin (showed us options & moved us to another room when ours was too small for a family of 4). The gym facilities were good, breakfast had a good array of Asian and Western items, and the juicer is a nice touch!

Very clean and cool. No air conditioner but they have central air that is still good too. Breakfast was good. Tv entertainment good. TV is a smart tv so they have YouTube. Staff very nice, kind and helpfull.
