Everything was amazing !!!!

Honestly, from the moment you arrive it’s luxurious. Felt so isolated from the outside world, which was perfect for our couple time!

Amazing venue with great service. We loved chilling on the deck having a drink watching the world go by. Food at the Firepit was delicious! We had the tasting menu and would totally recommend it. The beds were soooooo comfy! We will definitely return!

Ambience , location , decor was brilliant. Firepit restaurant had delicious food. However they could do a bit more to cater for vegetarian and halal items in menu as there isn’t one ! Shower area was a bit outdated and needs renovation. AC in the room made noise all night long which was eventually reported and looked at but wasn’t fixed properly.

Everything was on point, and i will recommend for families and friends. Beautiful environment and good location.v

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, kudos to them! The breakfast was great and most of all I was impressed with the level of comfort in the rooms - everything felt luxurious and top quality. A perfect birthday trip for my husband in all!

Fabulous restaurants and food, excellent service, beautiful room - only downside was crazy soft mattress that gave no support at all - practically folded you in half when you lay down!

First visit here with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Good size room with huge tv and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Fantastic hotel, good food and great service.

Room was beautiful and beds very comfortable. Spa facilities too small and only four beds to relax on so had to stand around the pool until bed became available

Lovely hotel and grounds. Very comfortable room and amenities in the room. The spa was perfect for an early morning wind down. The Firepit and Korean Cowgirl restaurants served great food. Especially The Firepit. My only gripe was with the cocktails on the decking in the evening. London prices are fine if a mixologist is making them. The only decent one was the Lychee Mojito. It’s a minor thing

Service is slow , very noisy and for the price you pay It's very poor, no safe, found a spider in bed And the worse is the uneven mattress.. Not recommended.

It was beautiful

I booked a stay at the cave hotel with my wife for a honeymoon. The room itself was amazing very spacious, nice large tv and bathroom was gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be for the hotel to cater more to Muslims in regards to catering, having halal food options would be beneficial as we had to spend quite a bit of money on takeaways. Also accommodating to other areas such as use of the spa possibly being able to book for a specific period of time alone in the spa due to preference and privacy purposes

Fantastic stay! Spa is lovely but small so check how busy it is before you commit. Beautiful room, super comfy bed, huge TV! ALL staff are very helpful, professional and efficient. Free welcome beer or prosecco, yay!

Felt very relaxed here and it’s what I came for.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all around the world and always wondered why hotels in the UK are just so rubbish and old fashioned with maybe a few London exemptions, The Cave is a breath of fresh air and by far the best hotel in the UK. I only hope that they open another hotel in Cambridgeshire soon!! We will be back!

This hotel is beautiful. The staff were absolutely amazing and very attentive to your needs. The staff were also very friendly, the facilities were clean, and very Modern the rooms were also clean, the views are amazing. The food in the Korean cow girl is out of this world! I will definitely be recommending this place and myself and husband will be returning. Thank you for such an incredible stay Cave hotel!

We booked 2 nights here for our mini honeymoon, which I mentioned as part of my booking. We didn’t receive anything for our special occasion at all. I even responded to the hotel’s message 2 nights before our stay where they asked if we are celebrating a special occasion. I mentioned that we had just got married on Saturday so we would appreciate anything that can be done for us. However on check in there was no mention of this conversation and I had no response back from the hotel before we arrived. Later in the evening of our first night stay I asked the hotel staff whether they saw our message. He was genuinely helpful and told us the team doesn’t get back in until Tuesday to respond to messages. He said he will try to upgrade our room for our second night. However on the second night he mentioned that he wasn’t able to give us an upgrade and said he will try to organise something for our dinner later that evening. At dinner we received a congratulations mini dessert and 2 glasses of Prosecco. I’m quite disappointed at this lack of effort for us to celebrate our recent wedding, especially as I told them upon my booking and 2 days prior. There is also only one option for lunch at the hotel which is the Korean Cowgirl restaurant, and there are no nearby takeaway delivery places. Overall we would say the rooms are nice and kept clean, but there are clear lack of facilities and dining options. The rooms also didn’t have any place to dry the towels.

Amazing and romantic night away with modern rooms and beautiful scenery.

The Cave was a great experience. Champagne on arrival and amazing customer service throughout. I booked a massage for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. I believe her name is Olesea and I couldn't of been happier to be blessed with her presence. Warm, Comforting, yet also knew how to have a good laugh with us and it felt so organic. Please ask for her if you want a massage, as her massaged cured my headache and my boyfriends back pain (which he complains about everyday). The only Hiccup I would say I didn't like, is that the chef didn't separate the yolk from the egg when asked. My boyfriend hates yolks and my only request was to separate the two and I heard him refuse that request. Which I was really confused about as its such a simple task. I appreciate it's probably busy, but I felt like he could of done it, he was just being difficult. Other than that, my boyfriend and I walked away very happy with the experience and would return back again.

Everything was excellent apart from the bed. The mattress was so soft and so uncomfortable I’m glad that I didn’t have another night booked. Everything else such as the food, the spa, the service was superb and I would recommend this hotel.
