This is a lovely little Bed & Breakfast with super cute rooms und very nice staff. Though there is no reception the owners were still easy to contact and very helpful. I can‘t say anything about the breakfast, because I didn‘t book that, but it always smelled delicious :) I liked that you could could sit on the terrace outside as well. The rooms have rather thin walls, so you could hear the other guests walk around or cars passing by on the street, but it wasn’t really that bothering for me. Overall it is a quiet area. If I ever come back to Torquay, I would definitly stay again!

Very welcoming and friendly. From the moment we walked in until we left. The room was very clean and comfortable, we only stayed for one night but we will certainly stay here again when we next visit Torquay. The location is within a two minute walk to the harbour and shops.

Perfect location to access the marina, coastal walks, restaurants and bars. A comfortable room with good breakfast.

Lovely place, so friendly and helpful. Our room was the best, spacious and a great view of the park opposite. Our breakfast was delicious, so much choice. I loved the way you could make your own tea and top it up if needed. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again, best place in Torquay, very central to everything.

Fantastic guest house in a superb location, very close to the harbour and the centre of the action but very quiet in the rooms. Our room was very spacious, modern, bright and spotlessly clean with a large ensuite bathroom. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was a superb start to the day. Very highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

The b&b overall was nice, however there were some issues. We had no hot water on two of the mornings and one evening of our three night stay, which wasn’t ideal. Other than this, the room we had was nice and comfortable. The parking - when we booked it stated on hotels.com that this was £8 per day in a nearby public car park, but on arrival he had parking on site for £5 a night, which we took. However, I wouldn’t class this as ideal either as it meant either we were blocking someone in, or we were blocked in. In the guide he had placed in the room it said parking was available at a different public car park for £2 a night. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The location was really good and nice and close to the seafront.

Very disappointed with our booking. We booked the room as it had a Balcony and a Fridge. Room did not have a Balcony or a Fridge. Room was very clean though. Would have booked elsewhere if we knew. Feel cheated from the description when we booked. Also emailed in advance to confirm parking but email never receive. Parking charge was re-embursed though.

Very nice, old well-kept house. It is obvious that the hostess, Liz, puts her heart and soul into her business. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail, breakfast was good. We would go there again.

Very beautifully decorated and cosy small hotel with good location and good price. Very friendly staff/owner. Would love to come back here.
