The hotel is perfect specially miss kee attnded to every need Will definitely be back

It was a great stay but in the end i forgot my sandals and some staff that i want to bring back home. The part that they check my room before i leave the hotel and they did not mention anything about the things that i forgot in the room but other than that i was a great stay at this hotel. I will use this facility next time.

First of all the biggest asset this hotel has is its staff. Every staff member is attentive, caring and funny. The hotel just feels luxury, modern, spotlessly clean and quiet. The rooms are very well designed. Plenty of room on the balcony for two. The beds are so, so, so comfortable. I have been visiting Thailand from the 1990's and the beds in this hotel are the best. The shower is separate from the toilet and the wash hand basin is also separate from both toilet and shower. Hot water is plentiful and the shower can be reguIated to your taste easily enough. Ican't tell you anything about the TV channels as I haven't switched it on. The room are cleaned daily and it is a proper clean each day. Lifts do not ping a bell noise when they stop on your floor so no noise even if your room is beside the lift. Fantastic location right close to everything. The two pools are very clean and the water is nice. The breakfast range of food is excellent with plenty of choice. The food taste great. We were meant to leave today but have booked for a further 4 days. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and sound. We are leaving to visit Laos for a week and will definitely be coming back to stay at the Amber as in my humble opinion this is one of the best hotels in Pattaya especially for the price. Rest assured if you book the Amber hotel for your stay you will be well pleased. I can't thank the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Staff throughout the whole facility were amazing. The pool area and pool bar were excellent. All up I give this property a 5 star plus. Wlll definitely be back next year

it's well situated

The internet speed was faster than when I stayed there before, so it was comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the TV channels aimed at Japanese people were hard to receive.

The most modern hotel I stopped in out of 4 in pattaya this trip. Soft bed trendy. Big modern lobby, great staff all round. Only downside was the size of the room which after being in bigger I would have liked. Something else I noticed was constant doors closings and being able to hear the neighbors doing aerobics. I also didn't use the pòol as your on display from the lobby. 2 fast elevators and underground parking for a scooter or car.

This hotel is very good. Nice breakfast, clean and modern. Close to everything. The only thing that spoils it is that smoking is permitted spoiling the outside pool and restaurant area.

This was my first stay at the Amber, and I will be staying here again in my future visits. The hotel is in a great location. The pool is located adjacent to the main lobby along with a bar, restaurant, and fitness center. The whole hotel is spotless clean. A very pleasant surprise was finding the room also had usb A wall outlets, which saved me from buying a new international power plug adapter which I lost on my last trip. The thing I like the most about this hotel is the staff. Kee Jirada and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel with good amenities and fantastic helpful staff. Very good value for money, only one small criticism is internet around poolside is very slow, fine in the room though.
